Could the PCB look into recruiting a foreigner for the NCA head coach position?

Why not? If we can hire a foreigner for our teams head coaching role. A foreigner to be the PCB'S Ceo. Why not a foreigner to take over the NCA coaching dept with a view of modernizing our out dated coaches in the NCA and domestic cricket?

I am pretty certain someone might be interested if the right money is offered
