This is the question in my mind. Is there a group of indigenous Kashmiri people from Indian Occuppied Kashmir who have taken up arms voluntarily against the Indian forces who are fighting against the Indian forces there? If yes are they sufficient in number?

Or a sizeable portion of these groups actually made up of religious extremists, terrorists coming from Pakistan and fully backed, funded by the ISI? I do believe the ISI in the past has played the role which Raw played with the Mukti Bahini in 1970-71 but to say they do each and everything and that they are the only reasons why these group are active in Indian occupied Kashmir does not make sense, History has shown that no ressistance movement is successful without some level of support from the local population

Unlike the Israeli Palestinian conflict, these freedom fighters, Mujahedeen don't get enough attention in the media if they exist which I find strange.

There is a phenomenal amount of evidence and testimonies that many groups that are doing attack’s in IOK are backed or funded by the ISI, therefore it is Pakistani backed. This does not automatically mean that this is IK or government backed as ISI is a mini government in its own right.

Do India and RAW do the same? I’m not that knowledgeable with them so will say probably yes and leave it there.

I do believe that IK’s stance in wanting dialogue is the best chance to reduce conflict.

Those coming over from Pakistan are a minority.
