Australia (From):
Aaron Finch, David Warner, Steven Smith(c), Travis Head, Mitchell Marsh, Marcus Stoinis, Tim Paine(w), Mitchell Starc, Andrew Tye, Adam Zampa, Cameron White, Jhye Richardson

England (From): Jason Roy, Jonny Bairstow, Alex Hales, Joe Root, Eoin Morgan(c), Jos Buttler(w), Moeen Ali, Chris Woakes, Adil Rashid, Liam Plunkett, Mark Wood, David Willey, Tom Curran, Sam Billings, Jake Ball

Australia win the toss and have decided to bat first. Carey, Richardson and White replace Paine, Zampa and Cummins.

Root gets Smith lbw

Australia 111/2

Aaron Finch holds the key here for Australia to make a big total. He's on 54*

I'm sure Alex Carey is a decent player and all, but who would you rather face if you are the opposition? Carey or Maxwell?! That's a rhetorical question!

Smith is nowhere as good a limited over batsmen unfortunately.

England all over Australia here, looks like 2-0 unless the English batting collapses spectacularly.

271 to win. Fantastic bowling and fielding from England throughout the innings.

Pakistan also had to chase 271. England to show them how its done.

On a side not Finch is in tremendous touch. Scoring centuries regularly now.

White struggled a lot to time the ball their, not a confident looking shot was their even starc hitted some clearly from the middle of the bat

Wonder how ausis denied maxwell for these duds

9 out of 10 time 1 or 2 from eng top 7 are going to score big so simply no chance they fail to get these kind of scores

Will be plain and easy chase for the poms

More wickets than I would like, but even with only 6 wickets left I would expect England to get 114 in 23 overs. Root and Buttler at the crease, and pretty much everyone else to come can hold a bat expect from maybe Wood.

England will feel confident of chasing this total down but Australia will feel they have an opening if they can take just 1 more wicket soon. Partnership building between Root and Buttler. The visitors require 71 more runs from 16 overs.

2 balls left in his spell, if he can get 1 more Aus are back in it.

Starc is a dragon in this format.

Poor Moeen has been hapless all tour.

Starc is best LOIs bowler

I don't care about those ranking number. He will be ODI goat.

Woakeeeeeeeeeee!

I love the way this England side continues to attack. Pre-WC2015 they would consolidate when they lost wickets like they were playing a test, but this mob keep hitting.

Tye should stick to T20 stuff

Doesn't belong in this format with gentle medium pace.

hardly any chance for Australia defending total against English batting lineup.
They need to chase against England if they want to win series.

An impressive win, quite comfy in the end. Some of these guys should have played in the tests. They are great to watch, far better than the pedestrian test side.

It was defensive move by Australia to play two fast bowlers , tye and part timers.

Lyon should have picked, he has been excellent in big bash.

India and Australia are still playing pre 2015 cricket. They are way too defensive. England and to some extent NZ have leapfrogged both of them in the last couple of years. Now it is time for England to convert that domination into few ICC trophies.

Just a pleasure watching this England team play. One of the most entertaining LOI outfits in cricket history. Their bowling is rubbish, but the batting prowess is such that they can chase down anything you throw at them.

It's not about the brand of cricket but Australia simply lack in batting department. Travis head is not good enough for 4, don't have a good WK batsman. India are doing pretty well, won series against Australia, New Zealand and England.

Australia needs a good no 4 and modern day WK batsman, and they will dominate in next WC with best fast bowling in the world.

Alex Carey looking good wk batsman.
Ben macdormott can be future no.4 for Australia.

Have restricted the Aussies very well in both these games, doesn’t seem like rubbish bowling to me.
