We are effectively three down as we have lost a nightwatchman. England recovered on day 3 to post 300 for seven. Considering misbah, shafiq, sarfaraz to come and maybe Shan hanging about, it's not beyond the realms of probability on a pretty flat pitch

30 overs per session.

24+30 = 54 Overs (break it down into 10 overs each x 3)

Much easier like this to be honest.

I think batting first is an advantage these days regardless if where you are playing unless it's a green mamba. Pakistan benefitted from batting first at Lords and there was not much for the bowlers there either .
