He introduced the Sehaat card, he helped to win a 2/3rd majority. PTI won a 2/3rd majority with its U15 team, its A, B and C team all locked up or trying to stay out of prison.

On the occasion, the Punjab Chief Minister was briefed about the proposed site of the cancer hospital.

Speaking on this occasion, the Punjab Chief Minister said that the Punjab government will bring in the best doctors and the latest machinery for treating patients at the cancer hospital.

She said cancer patients will be treated free of cost in the first government hospital of Punjab. She said highly qualified best doctors and state-of-the-art latest machinery will be available in the healthcare facility.

On this occasion, former senator Pervez Rasheed, members of assembly Khawaja Salman Rafiq, Khawaja Imran Nazir, Sania Ashiq and Dr Adnan were also with Maryam Nawaz.

Maryam Nawaz orders rehabilitation of all roads across Punjab

Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Maryam Nawaz on Monday directed to start “Sarkein Bahaal Punjab Khushhal” project, in which rehabilitation of all inter and intra-district roads would be carried out, ARY News reported.

Chairing a meeting here, she directed authorities concerned to start the project for the socio-economic development of people of Punjab.

“No road should be left broken in Punjab in 6 months”, she said, noting that repair and rehabilitation of all inter and intra district roads should be completed at the earliest without compromising the quality of work.

The chief minister also directed to installation of electric weighing machines on roads to effectively implement axle load management system to ensure durability of roads.

The CM ordered to complete the under-construction road projects and called for a report on the condition of road bridges across Punjab. She gave instructions to complete survey for the construction and rehabilitation of road bridge as soon as possible.

Maryam Nawaz also ordered to complete the repair and rehabilitation of more than 153 roads in Punjab besides constructing expressways on major link roads including Multan-Vehari and Chiniot-Faisalabad roads under public-private partnership mode.

Punjab to get 3,000 houses in each district for low-income people

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz convened a special meeting to discuss the implementation of an ambitious project aimed at constructing 100,000 houses for low-income families across the province.

During the meeting, CM Maryam sought a detailed plan to execute the 'Apna Ghar, Apni Chhat' housing initiative effectively.

The meeting was attended by former senator Pervaiz Rasheed, MPA Azma Bukhari, the chief secretary the senior member Board of Revenue, the planning and development chairman, the secretaries of housing and finance, the Lahore commissioner, and other officials,

Addressing the gathering, Maryam Nawaz underscored the importance of providing shelter to those in need and instructed the authorities to expedite the process of constructing more than 3,000 houses in every district of Punjab. She stressed the urgency of preparing the model houses within six weeks to initiate the project promptly.

Furthermore, the CM also directed to keep the down payment and monthly installments at a minimum, ensuring accessibility for low-income individuals. She reiterated her commitment to fulfilling the promise of providing ready homes to the low-income homeless as part of her manifesto.

"Providing shelter to the poor is our manifesto, and we will fulfil the promise," she stressed.

The initiative reflects the government's dedication to addressing the housing needs of marginalized communities and aligns with their goal of socio-economic development and poverty alleviation.

Meanwhile, the first phase of the Punjab cabinet formation is expected to take place within the next one to two days, with 15 ministers taking the oath as ministers at the Governor House.

This initial phase will see a leaner cabinet, focusing on key portfolios. Among the anticipated cabinet appointments, Marriyum Aurangzeb is expected to assume the planning and development and forests departments, while Azma Bukhari is poised to become the provincial information minister.

Khawaja Imran Nazir is slated to take charge as the minister for primary health, with Bilal Yasin could be designated as the minister for food and Mujtaba Shujaur Rehman to oversee the excise department.

In Maryam Nawaz's initial cabinet lineup, Khalid Jajja is earmarked for the Ministry of Agriculture, while Faisal Ayub is anticipated to assume the responsibilities of the Ministry of Housing and Sports. Additionally, Salman Naeem and Rana Iskandar Hayat are also expected to join the 15-member cabinet.

Turning to God at the peak of your youth and resisting all the temptations is what really matters.

Everyone becomes pious in youth and starts thinking about God when their feet are in the grave.

Besides, Imran’s so-called piety and religiosity is for show only. It was part of his propangda to project a religious image to win votes and support of the public especially the right wing that he has always tried to appease.

PTI would lockdown cities for weeks with their rallies in the 2013-2018 period. Are they too scared to do what they have always done, now that the establishment isn’t backing and funding them? :klopp

I dont know if you read but there are already massive protests around the country and more are expected to happen.

More importantly, perhaps, if you for once share your views on which party (PML,PPP, JUI, Military, etc) is justified in this mess perhaps we can have a mature sensible debate.
 
Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Maryam Nawaz on Tuesday directed authorities concerned to ensure high standard of quality items in Ramzan package.

The Punjab chief minister issued the directives while chairing a meeting on the transparent distribution and monitoring of the Ramzan package. The meeting was briefed that a transparent and foolproof system has been devised for the provision of Ramzan Package among beneficiaries.

CM Maryam Nawaz was briefed about the distribution of Punjab’s largest Ramzan relief package in history.

During the meeting, it was apprised that the distribution of the Ramzan Package is being supervised with the help of the live dashboard and modern technology.

The meeting briefed that a helpline has also been set up for complaints which will be formally inaugurated tomorrow.

I don’t need to read anything because I live in Pakistan.

The protests are not even a drop in the ocean. They have zero presence and impact because the numbers are insignificant and nothing is going to happen in the near future either.

Basically, after the May 9 treatment, PTI supporters ki hawa nikal gai hai.

In previous years, when PTI was backed by the establishment, their protests would shake the entire country and its impact would be felt in every nook and corner.

Now that they are not being protected & funded by the establishment, their protests have zero impact.

Only a total insane would call the murder of innocent people as " treatment". We know now that most of the guys causing the trouble were agent provocateurs working for ISI and Noora thugs. Bajwas secret lasted last less then 2 years, and this evil secret won't last long. They murdered 25 people, you support this murder.?
