The band is Nishtar Park. I shared another one of their songs on the "Last Songs" thread. Irfan Junejo has been trying to promote them for a while now, and so has the Lahore-based food vlogger Rana Hamza Saif. I discovered Nishtar Park by following the link from one of RHS' videos.

From their Facebook page: "The band is currently on a hiatus because some of our members are out in the world to figure out ways to make money. New music is in the pipeline (qasam se there is some unreleased recorded stuff saved somewhere on a hard drive). It will be out soon. Your love and duas remind us daily that we should keep making music."

Last I checked, the lead singer had moved to New York, presumably to study.
