As we have seen both Faheem and Nawaz have looked like really good players and a lot better than what we have seen of them in the past

I rated Nawaz in the past but he was not used properly, I find now under Hesson he looks better. Faheem was not one I ever rated but he has really turned out to be a good key player for Pakistan, bowls within himself, and according to the game plan and also bowls the slower delivery very good as well, he has shown he can be handy with the bat as well along with Nawaz.

Is it safe to say that Hesson has gotten the best out of them, and if it is the case who else can Hesson get the best out of. Regardless of the sport a good coach can get the best out of his players.

Please discuss, as I would like to hear what others think

Yes he seems to be backing allrounders and is giving them proper chance , if only a sensible coach was there everytime, we would created legends out of Sharjeel khan, Asif Ali and etc etc

They have both done well. Credit to them and credit to Hesson for sticking with them despite many fans including me questioning their continued inclusion.

I still think the overall balance is sometimes wrong. When these two play they must bat and bowl. Neither of them are good enough as specialist batters. There was many matches where Nawaz didn't bowl, it seems like a wasted pick in those occasions
