We never claimed so..we said Kashmir is part of India. You also want Kahsmir to be forcefully part of Pakistan against their wishes but being the deceitful country that you are ..you say you are fighting for Kahsmirs independence. Hence the questions why is the part that you occupy not independent but ruled by a junta imposed govt that is unpopular due to the atrocities committed by it.
Pakistan’s claim has not been independence but a vote to decide on either India or Pakistan and that vote can only happen by a united Kashmir. A subtle difference. The original UN resolution on this which Pakistan supports is either India or Pakistan.

Unlikely at this point given the state of Pakistan. I have no proof but my guess is that if given a genuine choice they would opt to unite with Indian Kashmir and declare independence.

The PK ARMY (the Crooked Generals) couldnt care less about Kashmir or its independence, just like they dont care for PKs. On the other hand we do. Pakistan should first take care of own cities.I do not think Kashmir can be liberated soon, unless China get involved.
Pakistan can do it too but it will probably be too costly for them due to struggling economy. Not sure if Pakistan want to attempt it as they have more to lose.
China is the only country on planet Earth that have the capability, economy, gut, and track record to keep India in check and annex Indian territories.
