Has the release of Nawaz and Co showed how unstable the Pakistani Law and Order is?

So just last year, Nawaz and Co were found guilty.
They were jailed, which they appealed which still found them guilty.

now the IHC has released them.

Doesn't this make a mockery of the judicial system of Pakistan aswell as the law and order?

There are alot of judges that owe these crooks favours. We are one of the most corrupt countries in the world and still to this day( after this release) no one has gone down.

This whole event reminds me of the movie, The Departed.

They plant rats that would help them in the very long run.

This is how this event has played out.

I think you are right, and its unbelievable that people are still willing to take the word of these crooks. The lower Judiciary is corrupt and after the revelations about ex CJP Choudhry's family, i am not sure about the SC judges. At this point i will give them the benefit of the doubt but if the NS's conviction is overturned then justice system in PK is finished.

It is all orchestrated by the Establishment.

Judiciary and political parties are just pawns in this matter I am afraid.

Yes the establishment force these crooks to steal and then send the money abroad.

Establishment back these crooks when they need them to give illusion of democracy.

The amounts that establishment have taken from the nation make Zardari and Nawaz look like saints.

You are partially right, but we have no control over the establishment but these guys were supposed to be looking out for the electorate, instead they spent every waking moment finding ways to steal and launder. The establishment cannot be blamed for AZ and NS laundering billions. The Millitary have corrupt people but when Mush left the National debt was $37bn, today it stands at $92bn.Where did the money go?

No it’s the other way around...Most people on PP are under 30, they have not seen how Pakistan operates in last 30/40 years, Pakistan always was a country for Army...

This whole corruption topi drama was to get rid of Nawaz from political scene, some thing very similar they did with Benezir back in late 80s and early 90s... Once you taint politicians on record, it’s never easy for them to comeback, plus they loose their foundation and want to survive from there on...

It’s unfortunate how Army manipulates and corrupts politics to gain power, all tier two politicians and beurocrats are inline with whatever Army wants them to do, in return they make lavish money and livelihood, it’s sort of what Army’s High class do it themselves, this has been the culture of Pakistan’s ruling and upper class... Don’t go after but get inline with this rotten culture of Pakistan, that class is still in business, if you don’t like this culture, just leave Pakistan. Naya or old Pakistan is just a slogan to entertain masses, who generally are dam phool any way

In Pakistan everything is a mockery not just law and order.

People do what they want to do because there is NO fear at all.

They do not have to worry about any repercussions whatsoever.

Not another rant about the army when the PPP have stolen billions in Sindh from the poor buggers that vote for them.

Except those said tainted politicians always come back. Same names and same parties. Go figure.

Benazir was corrupt. Sharif was corrupt.

You're right, the army's influence and power cannot be overstated however the civilian governments especially one that is formed in Punjab is also a very powerful entity.

Him and his daughter have just been given a reprieve for time being, they will soon be back behind the bars. They have a lot of baggage from the past, won't be easy to get away with anything and everything.
