I dunno why but I can pretty much always get the ball to turn appreciably but just cant get drift.
I bowl a three fingered (fore, middle and thumb) kind of back-spinner with a component of legspin.
Seam is aligned between leg slip and backward square leg and I bowl right arm with an offies grip.
Just amble upto the crease and sort of hurl the ball with anticlockwise spin (no chucking whatsoever) up and forwards with decent (or sometimes more than decent) bit of flight and get good turn on even cement surfaces.
I have got no jump,no real action....just a bit of shoulder and a stride before delivery.
I need to correct this also but have little idea what to do about it,what is right. And I get no drift.
What do you have to do about drift ?
