Don't forget to rip it with your wrist. Really release it hard by ripping the fingers off the seam as it leaves your hand.
Also, make sure you pivot and follow through. The follow through is important because it will give your pace a kick. Its hard to tell what what your issues are if we can't see your action but take my advice as a grain of salt.
I have no issue with giving it a good rip, I'm known in my team for turning it big. I think its that i've been sitting on my ass for a long time, not active, beer belly(im 21), and skinny limbs. I've signed up at gym, im going to work on my natural fitness overall. I don't think i have a body of a 21 year old. Getting my life back together.
Can you pitch your ball properly ??
As a leg spinner is with 85% of my leg breaks, which is good for a leggie.Others not so great.
Do or have you ever bowled some seam on the side? As a variation, why not bowl the seamer in their along with your leggies. It can be a quicker delivery by pushing the seam upon release. Also, you can bowl it slower and it'll just drift on without spinning. If your seam bowling is good, then you should have no problems landing it along with your legspin.

I read an interview from Moeen Ali about what Dharmasena told him about spin bowling. If you try to touch your zip quicker with your other arm, you will get more pace on the ball.
