India is playing a game of mammoth patience. The question is can Pakistan handle this patience or will they make another mistake and then it will be a complete disaster for them.

First India was supposed to attack Pakistan right away, then in a week, now the hindutva extremists are talking about patience lol.

I am glad some of these extremist keyboard-warriors are not handling these important issues. They think real world war is some PlayStation war game. War will be devastating for all parts, talks are key here.

We will do whatever is best for us. We don't need advice

Exactly. Imagine these Meena( :kp ) and Sheena fighting a war at the border. :misbah :inti

I can't place a score on preparation for war. It is against my humanity and I do not have the ability to score such a serious subject like it is the performance of a cricket team.

100% to India, they played the long game, stayed the course, and have now effectively sidelined the Indus Waters Treaty. All that remains is to capitalize on it, structurally, diplomatically, and strategically.

0 to Pakistan, still asleep at the wheel, waiting for the alarm to go off while the water quite literally slips away. By the time realization sets in, the damage may already be irreversible.

I give Pakistan a lot of credit for their courage despite the nangu-pangu economy.

Imagine if they actually had resources and brains, thats a formidable foe. Thankfully they got neither.

As for Bharat, like brother @HalBass9 said, this lays the foundation of a long term play. The lack of a military response does make our case weak in meme wars, but something substantial was gained.

Pakistan has the resources and the intellect, what it lacks is the collective courage to stand up to its own establishment. I believe that if Pakistan had evolved into a true democracy, one where law and accountability applied equally, the rise of Hindutva extremism in India wouldn’t have found such fertile ground.

Not because Pakistanis are more extreme than Indians, but because the very foundation of the RSS narrative depends on a dysfunctional, military dominated Pakistan. Had Pakistan been democratic and just, the RSS would have lost its favorite boogeyman.

That said, perhaps the issue runs deeper. At times, it seems many Indians don’t even need the RSS to hate, the mere mention of Mughals is enough to ignite fury against those whose ancestors once chose a different faith.

It’s important to remember, the Pakistani establishment and the Pakistani people live in two different realities. The average Pakistani has little interest in India beyond a film, a cricket match, or a meme. It’s not enmity they carry, it’s exhaustion.
