I am applying for fulbright this year, and am currently working on a paper as well.
The deadline for Fulbright is 15th May, research experience does give one great edge, and besides that my overall profile is pretty good so a research paper would pretty much seal it for me (IA).
The only apprehension I have though, is the fact that how long will it take my paper to be published. It's basically a conference paper based on my FYP, I would also be writing one on the equipment design for the process after 2 months. Secondly do they value, submitted papers(Those awaiting acceptance)?
