thanks for all the help guys!

Ahh that's nothing to worry just remove existing toe. Guard and sand it and then apply a new toe guard, that's it and you'll be set

how did you manage to do that BTW you can go to the nearest cricket store and they might be abled to fix it for you but it depends where your living

I'm not sure of Sand Paper Grade.

If you will play on that surface in future it would good if you maek a toe

Sorry for being stupid but I use sand paper to fix the toe and then how do I make a new toe? Sorry I don't know anything about cricket repair. Tganks

Toe mean a Rubber under the bat here... Take that Rubber our, Sand it properly, it may take some time.. You are basically, making the bottom smooth. Once it is done, Put the Rubber back with Glue..

but arent u then shortening the bat length?

Also if you don't have a rubber toe its fine. You can use sealer/glue (its a yellow color material) kinda thing which you can apply at the bottom of your bat. And that protects it from getting wet from the bottom. You can get this material from any hardware store (home depot etc). Don't apply too much of it.

The grains look quite nice...post a picture of your entire bat...I am sure people here will appreciate it.

start with 150 grit sand paper, then smooth to the shape you want, then once its the right shape use 400 then 600 or 800 grit to finish. Then oil.

guys thanks for all the help and suggestions! here are my updated bottom toe pics as well as the whole bat for people who want to see.
