ICC/BCCI still haven't announced the T20 World Cup Semi-Final & Final locations

I find it baffling as to why the stadiums/locations for KO rounds haven't been announced yet.

I'm sure there's been numerous cases as to when everything was already concluded and signed before a ball is bowled, so why isn't this the case atm?

Are they waiting for specific teams to qualify and then finalising? If so that won't help fans trying to get tickets or ttravelling at a short notice.

Gives the impression that ICC is waiting to see who qualifies for the semi-finals in what position and then will look to allocate the semi-finals. Pakistan would definitely want to avoid Abu Dhabi.

If India qualifies for Semi's they will play in Dubai? Is this true if it is **** then I don't wan't them to qualify as I would not like Pakistan to face Aus, SA or WI in Abu Dhabi as that would be a way tougher match compared to if we face any of them in Dubai. We need to beat Scotland and not take chances against them as if we loose and NZ beat Afg then we might still be no2 in the group and have to play in Abu Dhabi. Which after the last few Abu Dhabi matches I would prefer Pakistan to avoid.

There is so much manipulation BICC can do. The odds are that no malediction will stop from Pak playing against AU/SA in Dubai and Eng Vs NZ in Abu Dhabi.
