Dale Steyn, Ajit Agarkar, Fidel Edwards, Darren Gough, Vaas, Morrison r the names on top of my mind, who were all <6' and played for substantial time as well.

It's a bit different to be <6' & 5'8-9". Apart from Styen, who is probably around 5'10", Gough was a bit taller -
none of the other bowlers represented teams that had the bowling resources that Hasan will compete in long term. If Inzi is sacked today, instead of Wahab & Gul & Tanvir & .., Arthur can work with few U23 pacers for a year & you'll see what I am saying here.
