On Oval type of surface, with true pace, consistent bounce & a bit of brown grass to bond the top surface, it's difficult to compete with PAK team because of the core strength of the team - batting won't be exposed by seem movement, while batsmen can hit through the line & pacers, Leggi will enjoy the surface.

Though, PCB likes to believe that UAE type is the way to go.

I wish we could replicate Oval surface at several venues in Pakistan. It is a great cricket wicket for Pakistan for all those reasons you mention.

We played brilliantly at The Oval last year in the Test too. Set for celebrations in South London once again.

Sarfraz is to be blamed for reducing the margin of defeat, should've been absolute thrashing, a win by 200 runs but thanks to his clueless captaincy they got to a respectable position. There were plenty of pace overs in the bank to bowl at Pandya, why the heck did he bowl Shadab and Fakhar of all people when Pandya had absolutely no trouble against them and was smashing them at will?
