ICC CT 2017 | India v Pakistan | 4th June, 2017 | Birmingham | India innings

I have a question:

If the match gets reduced to 20 overs per side, then it means Imad would have already bowled his quota of overs (4). Would he finish his 5th over or not of which there is currently 1 ball left?
 
Imad Wasim was a poor selection. Should've gone for Fahim. He would've given the same amount of runs probably but he couldn't made up for it in his batting. Something which Imad can never do.
 
Don't understand the negativity from most posters. It's a pressure game, the fielders are under immense pressure and we weren't really renowned for our fielding anyway.

India vs Pakistan is such a great encounter, I have fun watching it because of the thrill that we get from it. I want Pakistan to win but the result doesn't hold half as much importance as the thrill in watching it.

ICC should be fined by broadcasters & they should return the ticket price, for arranging CT in UK, in early June, without reserve day.

If it's washed out, almost certainly SRL is out of the contest for their heavy defeat & 3 teams ahead on points.

Thats not possible, there is rain till 4 pm after some sunlight in between for half an hour
 
Any way folks, it's a great opportunity for Azhar Ali to redeem himself, if some how it becomes a 20 overs shoot out & PAK chasing 170 ........

Very unfortunate as i live in bham in the north west part and it hasnt rained here as of yet.

The fielding was awful. Pakistan fielding like School going girls. Anyway i Can bet my House on Pakistan Will loss

I was thinking same, but it's 6 AM, if I go to sleep now, then might not wake up if match starts.

These rain interruptions are good for team chasing.

Pak just need to get wickets.

Calm down. Such a performance was expected from the likes of Pakistan. You can't expect a team like this to change overnight, whether attitude wise or performance wise.
 
Weather's cleared up here...clouds have moved over and rain has stopped, for how long, I ain't got a clue.
 
Looks like the play will resume. We need to score at the rate of 8 per over from now on. Pakistan will lose bigly today.

This is the problem. These are superb batting conditions and a good batting side will chase 320.
Apart from one delivery from Amir he couldnt bring the ball IN which is his stock delivery. It was mostly angle away to the right hander.
 
Expected scenario. I'm surprised at people being surprised, so just relax and enjoy the game for what it is, if rain permits.

Just 2-3 weeks left now. 4-5 days of school and then a couple exams.

Off after that, but I'll sacrifice anything to watch Pakistan win. :pkflag
 
Poor Fielding is the worst part of the first 10 overs. Had they stopped those runs, they could have got some risky​ shots. But with the misfields, the runrate is just where India wants it.
 
Watching 2015 highlights and how on earth was Umar Akmal given out lbw in that game?!?!?!
On field umpire gave it not out and there was absolutely no incunclusive evidence to overturn the infield umpire...
