Most of the Indian players look unfit.

Newzealand bowling good or India just poor with the bat?
I've actually been impressed by India's batting so far. Good application of defensive technique to get through a difficult passage of play in the innings.
It all started with that terrible decision of sending in ishan. Kohli's fascination with right left combo is getting increasingly absurd
130 should be a very tough target.

Match is not over yet.
But why do all these "modern legends" struggle against spin?
Heck likes of Malik/Hafeez seem better...
Fair to say that Kishan is a poor man's Rishabh Pant. We should have picked Shreyas Iyer ahead of him. He is good vs spin and in rotating strike.
Cant fault the batting too much. It's even tougher than what it was for Australia. Hope selectors dont get swayed by fans/haters and persist with the likes of Ishan.
What a nightmare of a tournament this has been..
Now the remaining games are pointless really. Even if Afghanistan defeat the Kiwis and we somehow beat the Afghans, the Afghans would still probably qualify due to a massively superior NRR
Batting has been poor no excuses bro
I guess the plan was to shield Rohit from left-arm inswing of Boult.
I'm seeing a lot of commentators saying that the Indian batsmen are acting 'nervous'.
Nervous?? Seriously??
All these million spent on giving these players the best coaching and facilities, and they can't play with the required spirit?
Pant 34 matches, Avg : 22, Strike Rate : 122
Kishan 4 matches, Avg : 28, Strike Rate : 133
Kishan is also younger than Pant. Don't be a blind f@nboy.![]()
What fun are they going to have playing versus Namibia and Afghanistan and Scotland anyway. Should hold another IPL after this game is done.

They were broken by the Babbar Sher, Hafiz Rizwan and the savage Afridi invader.
Anyone who thought such a defeat would be shrugged off has no understanding of human psychology. It will take India a long time to recover from that defeat.

They are gripped by fear. Mind boggling
You guys put too much pressure on them and have too high expectations.
A four after a looooooonnnnnngggg time..
Their game plan has been wrong from the start of the match. They have been aiming for 180+ and trying to hit everything through the line, trying to muscle everything when the pitch is much slower. What this has caused is a lot of dot balls and shots with hardly any timing at all.
They should instead have been aiming for 150 just rotating the strike and getting singles and doubles with the odd boundary every other over.
After 71 balls. Yup.
How well did that work out against Pakistan?
One positive out of this nightmare tournament would be Kohli would probably get finally booted out the captaincy job even in the ODIs after failing for the umpteenth time in an ICC tournament.
He should concentrate on Test cricket and leave the LOIs to Brohit.
