Who pays for travel and logistics of support staff in ICC tournaments? ICC or respective cricket boards? 15 players is less for long tournaments, every team is dealing with injury and fatigue. I wish they allowed 18 player squad

From my earlier days in Banglore, if rain comes - it will be a 5 min downpour and clear up immediately. Ground drainage is good and play will not be interrupted much. What it can do is freshen up the pitch and aid some conventional swing
