Next time you or people you know want to protest, are you going to be ok if the police start shooting riot gas and bullets?

If highcourt says that protest to be hled in specific dedicated area than no issue. But if protestors take the city hostage by protesting on main road and disturbing the public than tear gas will happen and should.

It the only way to disperse people who vause ruckus and do public damage
