After today’s start they required a sensible approach, could easily have got to 170. Not saying that is a good score but then you at least give yourself a chance.

They are still in it, but they have to bowl and field out of their skins and we need a Pakistani like collapse by India🤭

It's a 10 or 9 wicket win loading imo.
 
There was swing and seam,ball was moving in the first 4 overs when Bumrah and Dube bowled.
If Shaheen gets the same amount of movement, then our openers need to be careful, no complacency just because it’s a small target.
 
At worst, Pak should've ended with 160-165

But this is just bizarre

That said, Pak is not out of it by any means. If they get Abhishek for nothing. India's batting too hasnt been in that great form so it would be match on..

Pak need Ind 45/3 in PP and then we have a game

Lost golden opportunity. India was under pressure 180 was easy . Anyways it was expected when you playing with only 2 batters .

Keep Fakhar & Farhan after this and then fire the rest of the team. They shouldn’t earn a single penny from Cricket after this shocking performance.
 
Pakistan's best hope is Shaheen having a night out. Even that shouldn't excuse Pakistan collapse. You should look at flaws even when you win matches. Not just when you lose matches.
 
The CricInfo win predictor shows 31% to Pakistan and that is being very generous

India not giving this match away even if India at 40/4. They were under pressure . Whole momentum shifted

We don't have any way to verify. People to this day doubt I'm a dual citizen despite me being honest about it as much as humanely possible even telling things about Sydney a casual traveller would not know.

But they want me to show my passport, pictures and all that for proof.

And If I did then they'd instantly cyberbully me as a result.

Hence they can continue calling me a wannabee even though I even said that if I wasnt a dual citizen, I still like aussie team. They are still my 2nd favourite team.

Only reason I hated Pak was due to ba/riz. This entire tournament i have supported PK even when theyve been mauled by India?

That's why these things just cannot be verified? How is he logically suppose to prove it to you without getting personal?

The only valid point is that its weird that an indian poster would hate India that much. That's the only valid claim you have.

Yes 35 wins in 38 games. The team must be completely average. I agree.

Also India is not missing any key players at all.

Our middle overs doesn't have batsmen to stick around and are hacks or too slow for T20 cricket.

You can call back Babar and Riz but you can't call them back at the expense of Haris or Saim or anyone else.

They will also stall the innings and put incredible pressure on rest of team to chase totals.

You can choose Babar and Riz for Farhan and Fakhar but it's all the same either way.

Pakistan team don't deserve to play with top 5 teams..they should only play with lower ranked teams and associate nations. There is no match when pakistan play top rank team. Once again it's once sided match

For all the experiments we have done since Agha was made captain in January , Only Farhan has shown that he belongs. Reason for that is his continued hard work in domestic arena. It's evidence that if you back your domestic performers , you can field a decent team. We put our misplaced trust in PSL hacks , who bash minnow level bowlers on Phatta Wickets and expect they will do same against top quality players

Pakistan must have had a big target in mind because middle order came hitting hard. Normally they rotate strike and build innings. That big target on mind did the trick I believe.

You are reading too much into this match.

In the other matches the openers failed and middle order scraped a score.
 
Unpopular opinion but I think Saud Shakeel should have been in the team.

He is an excellent player of spin and can play T20 cricket to some degree of success
 
I think there is a place for Babar in the team. Throw Salman garbage out. Make Shaheen the captain. Faheem and Talat need to go as well. Muhammad Waseem should be in this team as a third bowler and persist with Hassan Nawaz. Saim needs to go back and work on his batting

I dont get this part. Are you saying Babar/ Riz are the same as Farhan/ Fakhar? What Farhan/ Fakhar did today, Babar/ Riz couldnt have pulled that off, no sir.
 
In the stadium, ball was clearly stopping and they just kept swinging the bat.

Couldn’t adjust to the pace of the pitch and gifted wickets, this was more Pakistan than anything India.

T20 wins have to be taken with a pinch of salt. I think it is just for banter some Indian fans celebrate. Overall i don't think anyone cares about these wins. This is a rubbish format. I don't really care if India sucks in this format. Test is where i want India to get good at.

They don't have the skills to match the top teams..this bunch of idiots deserve to play with lower ranked teams. There should be two tier system in cricket so make matches more interesting. And it should be reviewed after 6 months where the ranking stands

They would have taken 15 overs to get to 120-0 but I don't see how it would have changed the match any other way if the rest of the team collapses.
 
In the last 10+ innings, I have seen Haris only score runs against BD. That is most likely because Haris has good experience in BPL.
 
Well done Farhan and Fakhar, only thing that could be said against Fakhar at a push is he could have stayed longer other than that they really did bat well and got us in a great position. 3-11 scored us 30 odd runs. Harris, Ayub, Agha, Talat and Faheem lost us this match. Well done boys.

Fakhar was not really good today apart from some sixes. He was swishing in the air most of the time. Even Farhan for first 3 overs was siwshing in air. But atleast he had betterball sense. Fakhr innings was slightly better than Shaheen's knocks in this Asia cup. Pretty unconvincing.
 
When they sent Saim Ayoub at no..3 that's where the pressure starts building. A player who got 4 ducks in one tournament is still playing.this thing can only happen in pakistan

Hold on, brother, this match isn’t over yet. If Pakistan get Abhishek’s wicket early, the other batsmen might drag.
But our batting depth is solid, we are definitely in the driving seat. Still, anything can happen in T20 cricket

We will see blood when Shaheen takes early wickets and puts the Indians under pressure. Abhishek is due a failure and the Indian batting line up these days seems to be Abhishek or bust. We will enjoy watching the Indians crumble as mental midgets.

We didn’t learn from the last game, otherwise the Batting is in a much better place. The issue here was Talat being picked ahead of Nawaz, and both Fahim/Nawaz batting way too low. Agha really should be a last resort accumulator in the lower order but not be batting ahead of Harris, Mo. Nawaz, or Fahim. Agha shouldn’t be batting higher then no.7/8, we’ve seen he hasn’t minded doing this previously but his ego got dented by unfair criticisms of this new team.

All is not lost yet and the players shouldn’t lose hope.
