The jerk in his action for some variations is no different from Shaheen’s and no I don’t think Shaheen chucks. Watch without bias, he has one of the most orthodox classical left arm action. Maybe if he chucked some variation in between I don’t know but have never seen it before so can’t say but overall not a chucker by any definition (unless as I said he threw a couple of shady variations which I have never seen him do)
