A bit off topic:

Watching the game on Star Sports. I wonder How does it feel like to be Stuart Binny. His wife is a top class sports TV presenter and shares the screen with legends. His father was a successful cricketer and now BCCI President.

On the other hand Stuart Binny, sitting at home, sipping coffee and watching the game on TV. Must be pretty hard!!!
 
Going by public reports - of pitch being dry - low and slow - batting first does not seem to be a bad thing at all. In fact Rohit said he preferred to bat first and put runs on the board - which is conventional logic in knock out games anyway.

The amount of times he’s saved India from losing to Pakistan and he still gets abused. Unreal.

Pakistan is not a top team though. He never performed vs any top side in a ko where he helped india win. Chokli is an apt name for him.

Last chance for him.
 
I think england should have batted first here.
Batting second in day matches don't make any sense especially on these pitches.

Advantage india here.

Someone was a legend once doesn't mean we have to carry him regardless the performances. Kohli needs to go, So does Rohit, Jadeja in T20s.

It's incredibly dry, the pitch is perfect, actually. It's quite cracked, but the cracks are quite solid. I expect it to be a kind of low, skinny surface, particularly for the spinners, but quicker bowling, as I don't see that being a issue. The outfield is incredibly dry. The drainage has been perfect. The ground staff have done an excellent job, and conditions are ready to go.
 
England has to get india out under 100 to stand a chance.

Posters over here should stop this nonsense of chokers vs chokers match in the Finals.

Those two teams have always been top teams and well deserved of getting into finals. They make the game better, entertaining and worth all the money and time. It will be remembered as a sad day on Pakpassion and especially the PP posters if India and South Africa both quality to the Finals and face off on Saturday.
