Was listening to Wasim Akram on the show the other day and he mentioned that in international cricket a coach cannot baby sit you, he's not going to be able to teach you on what shot to play and when, to teach you game awareness. Players are ultimately responsible for developing and showing their own Cricketing IQ and improving their skills through hard work.

I can't think of a single player in this Pakistani team who has really grown and taken his game to the next level in terms of consistency barring Salman Ali Agha
