Rohail Nazir got selected because of shakeel sheikh(plays for diamond cricket club) ;)


I will give you an example. Omair bin Yosuf didn't get selected for U19 2018 WC and he is doing much better all of U19 batsman selected in that WC. There is no concept of merit at junior level.

No

2012 and 2014 were the best batting talent(don't who was selector at that time).. Saad Ali, Babar azam, Imam ul haq, Sami Aslam and Saud Shakeel

I was watching Azam Khan’s interview on saama news

He was telling that Naseem Shah’s strength were the short pitch bowling and reverse swing yorkers

He needs to work on his new ball skills

I didn't know Mohammad Haris Khan (backup keeper) was playing but excited to see him. He has played 13 Youth ODI matches and averages 51. I also saw the talent spotter thread about him and he is a agressive batsman.
 
India as usual have better batsmen and Pakistan have the better bowlers I guess.. the story continues....

India U19s will always be the team to beat. Such great talent and when you have proper facilities and with coaches like Rahul Dravid, you will be rthe toughest team to face.

Problem is all our former players are too greedy, arrogant, think to highly of themselves and want to start from the top but put no efforts which is opposite to Indian greats. No wonder we don't produce talents.
 
Rohail (on 70) and Haris Khan (33 runs) building a really good partnership of 94 runs
 
Sad that Haris has not been selected for any province team

Let’s see what Sarfraz does in the Sri Lanka ODI series.

He has lost pretty much weight and I see hunger to succeed in his eyes again.

Let him play in the Pak A side first and then take it from there

Rohail is doing well. I wish he can replace Sarfraz quickly and we can get over the torture.

Omair has nothing to do with Rohail. My point was Omair was not picked for last U19 world cup yet he has done better all the batsmen played in the WC.

We should keep Rohail in the squad and groom him.

Ideally he should be selected for the T20 series against Sri Lanka.
 
Haris Khan is out for 43 (53) (2x4 1x6) SR: 81.13
