India beat Australia by 6 wickets in last ODI (Aus win series 4-1)

This is our problem, we can't even get 330+ with wickets in hand, leave alone after being down to 100-4

Some are actually good, Abraash Khan for example was invited to practice with the Pakistan team in Pakistan National Academy. It is a good thing.
 
Pretty ****** that India scored 439/3 vs Canada in the U-19 warm up game. Want the Aussies to give India the same Phainta. Don't think I was this mad when India white washed SL 5-0.

Still a huge chase for India.

5-0 on cards here. Will Rohit and Virat get a consolation win here?
 
Should make Rahane open in my opinion. He's wasted lower down the order. Rohit and Virat are capable of hitting big. Rahane cannot accelerate and needs time to settle. Hopefully Dhawan fires again as well.

Rohit and virat have scored runs in every match till now, law of averages is bound to caught up with them. Virat has scored more than 50 in every match, if he scores even today it would be insane, what is the record for most consecutive 50s in odis?

No way, if it ain't broke then don't fix it, rohit and dhawan have been awesome, no need to break their partnership just to accommodate rahane, if he wants to cement his place in the team then he needs to score at his position

Dunno about consecutive 50's but Sangakarra scored 4 centuries in a row in the recent past.

The problem with this approach is that Kohli/Rohit get out around the 40th over and then the rest collapse like a pack of cards. We have nothing to lose this series. So might as well have decent batting till 4 after which the likes of Dhoni,jadeja, Gurkeerat are simply useless with the bat. This is in stark contrast to the OZ batting lineup where the ni.8 guy averages 40 with the bat. Rohit can anyway go back to opening at some point if time but currently those two are our only dynamic bats and they need to bat at 3 and 4 imo. Fest are all 1 dimensional/useless
 
So Australia have now also rested the guy that got a 5-fer and brought back Bolland.

Interesting... They really want to see how much they can force the humiliation.

lol did you even watch that 5-fer? India would be glad to face him again, although our lower order might still gift away their wickets but dhawn,kohli and rohit would certainly like to face the 5-fer champ :misbah

96 to 2003. Didn't live in Rameswaram like the most. Lived in Trichy, went to a convent school where my marks were taken care of through school's "aaya"(granny) who visited my house often and then reported back to my principle :afaq

Richardson is a good bowler. If there is a hint of assistance he can cause serious issues. These pitches are useless.

Yeah thats a good one. Rather than acknowledging the fact that india has issues when it comes to its bowling, point fingers at others. Where do India and Pakistan stand in rankings again? Where compare a top side with a bottom side?
And tbh Its not an everyday happening for Pakistan and even in the 1st game they did well , thats not too far back into the past.

Pakistan plays most of its cricket in the UAE where the ball does not come onto the bat as well as it does in India/Australia so this comparison is not valid. Pakistani bowling has not been tested on a true flat deck . Anyway didn't England just score 370 odd in a recent match in Sharjah?

Sharjah is the flattest deck in the world.

UAE wickets have nothing for both bowlers and batsmen.

Bowlers are just bowling on glass.
Batsmen cannot time the ball.

Decks in India/AUS are way worse than Sharjah and AUS has much more firepower than England what makes you think Pakistani bowling will do any better? Even in NZ, Corey Anderson swung the ball when none of your bowlers did.

If Pakistan were to tour Australia right about now, your bowling would be treated with just as much contempt as ours are.
