Wow, Ashraful has just thrown away the start Kayes and Tamim gave Bangladesh with snail pace batting.

AShfraful played too many dot balls ... he got .. some good deliveries as well .. but playing way too cautiously .. nevertheless RR is good . not loosing wicket ..

R.R of almost 6...good going by BD...
SL and Pak are gonna thrash India..if the bowling doesn't improve..

lol.... ASHFRAFUL SHOWED AGAIN WHAT HE IS FAMOUS FOR

just hit a 4 ... now gifted his wicket

how can u do that ... played 30 odd dot balls... settled in .. and then throw away ur wicket ..

Ashraful with another FOUR...
As I type...Ashraful gone...Nehra takes a wicket..
What has happened to this world?

if cricinfo ever comes up with a list of most fortunate players ever then ashraful will top that list. the lad has scored a couple of times in a career of 10 years, yet always find a place in the team. Worse, ever noticed his body language - he spits on his palms like ponting, walks like tendukar & on getting out behaves like lara...as if had he not got out, he woudl hav scored a century...& all those who talk abt his talent & all shud watch a couple of blinder innings from akhtar or brett lee or even harbhajan..all these guys at some point hav scored 60s-70s against good bowling attack but that doesnt make them a world class batsman.

Yet another brain fart brought to you by Mohammad Ashraful. Thank you for watching!

I don't know how Jadeja keeps getting a spot in the side over and over again. What a fail, India's Mohammad Hafeez.

88-2 in 15... can anyone update.. Best ever 15 overs score done by underdogs against Indian in ODIs

Couple of wickets and India could well restrict BD under 250..which is still competitive but lets see...

Bangladesh are (on average) losing a wicket every 5 overs.. at this rate, they'll last 50 overs, so no problem :)))

Bhaji strikes..at least wickets are falling ..other wise it would have been very tough for India..

guess India ll find this easy..bdesh no matter how much you support them are a bunch of loosers...want test status and entry into every tournament but the fact is they dont deserve it at all...get the morons out of ICC :pissed:

Why you getting annoyed?
your team was 32/4 ...BD are 101/4

I predict 100 runs or lesser before they get all out. It's okay to be 104 for 4, but they're 4 down too early.

You can't depend on these two to hang on till the 40th or the 45th over or so - or even bat out the whole innings.. although I'd love to see them prove me wrong :D

Once again inexperience of Banlga comes into play: After beein 70/1 they are 104/4 in no time. They should learn to calm down after getting a good start.

They still have 31 overs or so left and need to take 4 singles in every over and can still get a decent total

Think before you speak.

MASSIVE difference between:

1) The time of day we were batting and the time of day Bangladesh are batting right now. We were CHASING under lights with the ball moving around a lot, and we had the pressure of chasing something down - Bangladesh are BATTING first, in daytime, with the ball doing nothing much.

2) The bowlers we were batting against and the bowlers Bangladesh are batting against

3) Pitch looks easier to bat on today, conditions are easier

4) And I'm pretty sure we had two debutants in our top 4.. yeah.

One thing you have to give to Jaddu is that he finishes off his overs quickly..whether its raining sixes or dot balls..

But, Bangladesh's bowling is nothing to worry about anyway.. EVEN if they score something like 300 (which they most probably won't), Sehwag and Gambhir are going to hit the opening bowlers around the park, and the middle order will finish it off.
