Things could get any more easy for ENG regain your confidence against these trundlers but Mishra etal may eat them alive again (like Bhajji n Chawla did in 2012)

What the . England's kit made me think they where playing in their night cloths'

Awful kit for TV but it looks really good in person. One of those strange things in life.

Dhawan and Rohit are turning into one of the most pathetic opening pair we have had for years.

Lol even England- the minnows of T20 are destroying us. No chance for India in this WC

Virat is the lone warrior right now...

Love this guy!

Dhoni should have sent himself here. He needs to get in the action more than Raina.

The failure of the indian batsmen in the last game/(so far) today is a little worrying...I hope the don't suddenly come back into form against us on Friday!

Rameez on comms sounds beside himself with joy every time Kohli plays a shot. Second ball he blocked and Rameez managed to marvel at that for about 2 minutes.

Tredwell is such an innocuous looking bowler. No mystery nothing and yet he manages to be economical. He should be carted in his next over.

Rohit Sharma back to his best over the last few months. Can't believe he plays so many games for India when Raina after having failed for a year or two is questioned and dropped.

Thank god Raina has found some form. Kohli won't have to do all the work on his own. Rohit sharma is hell bent on losing us matches. Should be replaced by Pujara or someone.

Rohit is the greatest player ever to play for India. How can you question him? No player in the past or present representing India has been mediocre for so long and still continued playing.

yeah in WatchESPN in the US. Not sure about other places but yes it is televised.

as someone above mentioned it's beyond ridiculous that Raina is questioned for his ability often when Rohit has been having a free ride for a long time. Raina is actually a useful limited overs cricketer who has worked around his weaknesses for the most part unlike talented Rohit.

WTH is wrong with England's kits, at the fist i thought the umpire was bowling.

Yup Raina has won so many games for us, albeit in the subcontinent but he has. Rohit hasn't been consistent even in subcontinent. He just had one great year 2013 and people were like he is second coming of Bradman. I understand that he needs to get a long rope in tests as he has just started his career there but as far as limited overs are concerned we need to look past him. 6 years in the team with average of under 36 and SR of under 80 is really poor when we consider the state of pitches these days.

Rohit is actually a certified FTB. Hasn't performed anywhere for a long time, plays too many selfish innings. Needs to be kicked out. Even I don't understand the point of investing so much on him.

Rohit is not even an FTB lol....When has he ever been consistent in the subcontinent? His struggles are beyond pitches. He does not have the mental toughness to perform consistently at this level. He will have some nice peaks and regular flops as we have seen throughout his career. I would invest more on player like Rahane who showed great maturity in both the overseas tours with the bat. Dhawan also showed that he can buckle up and play with responsibility in NZ. But Rohit hasn't shown any of that in any of the formats.

Forget mental toughness. He looks very unathletic even by our standards. He may be the most gifted timer of the ball or whatever but if he does not have the mettle to put the hard yards in whether it's conditioning or batting technique, he simply is not good enough to play cricket at this level.

South Africa 8/0 (2/20 ov)
England also 8/0 (2/20 ov)

Rohit Sharma :30:, I still don't understand how this guys managed to score a double ton in LOI.

On those pitches the tailenders were disappointed that they did not get a chance to bat. Those were roads where 350 looked like 220/230. Also Rohit was going through a phase where he attained his customary peak which occurs once every 2-3 years before he becomes mediocre again.

I think ICC Umpires XI vs India would be a good title going by the ugly kits poms got.

India needs to pick up wickets with the new ball. Cannot rely on the spinners to do all the work.
