Im curious to see kaneria bowl on this. Kumble and bhajji got 8 or9 wickets between them, and they were getting good turn. Kaneria wont get many better pitches than this one.

Sami may be a little exhausted batting most of the day today as he is not used to trying hang around for 3 hours in the middle

looking at the scorecard, it looks like we decided to go for a draw only. very disappointing for the fans, probably they are more realistic..
 
ok now sohail and bish being idiots saying YK should attack more ... no thnx .. it's best we keep karthik out as long as possible ... he looks plain useless.
 
I really hope Sami can pick up a couple of wickets. He deserves it.

he really is, was just showing his bicep curls when he noticed on the bigger screen that his biceps were being focused by the cameraman, probably also showing tendulkar as well and saying that this is what you call a muscle.lol
 
12.6 Danish Kaneria to Karthik, no run, huge shout for lbw and that was close. Full and on the middle stump line and Karthik misses to connect with his sweep shot. It turned a little and would have hit the off stump.
 
PLUMB lbw not given by rudi .. that was pathetic.
 
that was out pretty straight forward LBW but udy does his thing and so NO just the only thing in bastman favor that the Bish is wanting Karthik to score some runs and that he was well forward.
 
India will score 150 more runs today and will ask Pak to survive on last day.

i don't think so. I'm not watching the match, but from the cricinfo commentary it doesn't look like they are going for the quick runs.

so thats not that bad...they actually have direct flight to india from australia....so he may actually make it if he doesn't have to get surgery

Yea, if it was an Indian bowler and Arun Lal was commentating, he'd be crying on about it for a few overs after that.

I think Asif is eyeing the Australia series and Gul's back will not be 100% for the rest of the tour, he's back in Pakistan.
 
assuming we draw this match, this bowling is just going to get slaughtered again in next match... unless a shoaib special...
 
I know i am being a bit harsh, but i dont see Pakistan winning a test on this tour because we dont seem to be able to get 20 Indian wickets without giving too many runs away on these pitches.


But i would love to be wrong on this one!
 
good to see that scoring rate picking up some momentum... also proving that it's too flat track to have any result..

india will prepare a flatter track than this for the last test...series was over on day four of first test when we threw it away after being 114 for 1

seems like India really wants to win this game as well, it is actually good for cricket, how would we have liked if India had taken a safe passage. This test match could still be very interesting. Dhoni came in to bat at no.3. Game on guys.

i watch bc of love of cricket and some of pakistani players who actually play with a brain...very few of them left now...and also to get pointers for my own game

Interesting batting order. Dravid/ Sachin preserved in favour of Ganguly/ Dhoni. Good bold captincy by Kumble!
 
Ganguly has been promoted ahead of Tendulkar. Left-right combo and also, a legspinner is bowling.

one is Arafat (who is already in India)
and may be one more (probably Rao) on his way which media don't know at moment.
