India vs Ireland Result | India comprehensively beat Ireland by 8 wickets

We played our last 2 matches in NZ our bowling is also going to find it hard adjusting again in Aussies conditions.

That's why Aus and NZ playing all games in home conditions is a hue deal. Aus went to NZ and we saw the issue. I am also sure that NZ won't be that effective when playing in Aus grounds.

28-30 balls are short of length .. at 7-8 meters ... and 4 deliveries are even shorter then 8 meters

I have a feeling anything above 320 can be tricky under lights here even against mighty indian batting line

320 will be tricky but 350 is score Ire should target to get to QF.

The transition is difficult from Aus to NZ and some Indian posters were laughing..

Just imagine NZ qualifying for the final and playing their only match outside home and and that too in MCG it's going to be tough for them

Ireland can win this, they just need to make sure they don't choke against the Indian spinners during the middle overs,

Actually looks much easier to bat there. Big grounds = more gaps to hit into

very tough. If they play Aus in MCG chances of winning would be reduced considerably.

Nz will still do fine but their batting is used to NZ and smaller grounds. If you recall the Amla hooked Shami in Aus ground and he was caught. In NZ, it would have been six. So huge difference here in how you play.

It depends on how batsmen play. Some batsmen are better at finding gaps and some rely on big shots. It's not universal for all batsmen.

it's McCullum and Anderson who may struggle in that regard but even then what McCullum has been doing is hitting it hard into areas where there are no fielders.

Ire needs 350 here to win. Looks very flat and good pitch to bat.

What just happened in the commentary Box, someone said something about sanjay getting worked up?

Yes that's why it's different and NZ openers and lower order score most of their runs hitting out of the park so things can be different if it come down to MCG but on other side Aussies also don't have too many batsmen with an approach like Williamson and Taylor.

I wish I was at the ground, i'd get a megaphone and tell the bowlers to pitch the god damn ball up!!

This is amazing :yk

somebodies upset in the commentary box :)))

The bouuwandiess are too small

I hate it why ICC or Broadcasters can't get same standard speed guns we see a change in speed in every country and tournament last time i saw an IPL match even trundlers were touching 145 :)) i am sure they do some tricks with speed guns to make it interesting for part time fans who have no idea of pace they just read it on screen

Aman Hamilton is the place where the Earthquake happened right?

Is this the first time a side is taking the attack to the Indian bowling this WC?

Bowlers not looking good under pressure.

Our boys needed a game like this before the knockout stage. Amazing how well things are coming together #BleedBlue

It's a joke to be honest to keep such small boundaries when you have some room in any ground. Commentators are right about ropes can be moves further to make it bigger.

Wow. What a start. Looks like for the first time India will be chasnig big total. I am glad its in this match instead of big match

It was about boundary sizes in nz and argument was between sanjay and simon doull, with simon doul riling up sanjay

sounded like sanjay was getting worked up, might has also been because of the boundaries Irish people were hitting
