Not a good bowler
Yes he is more of a batting all rounder but has a knack of picking a wicket or two

Not a good bowler
This is the period where we rely on the batsmen to throw away their wickets.Game over theoretically for NZ all wicket takers bowled thier 1st spell
Why is it surprising that the greatest FTB of all-time and the greatest bottler of all-time have failed in what should be a straight-forward chase? Not to mention K "L never be on Babar's level" Rahul and the ever useless Karthik. Now if only Pant and Pandya throw it away and Dhoni plays a 20 (85) innings, India will officially start the road to the next World Cup in a worse position than Pakistan.
That is absolute death wish running, a better throw and pandya's done for.
Nah, they competed and I'm expecting to lose from here. Luck and momentum is on India's side, it's over.If NZ lose this Aman will personally give Kane a beating.

Come again?
Gilchrist has played 7 semi-finals in his career and failed in all of them. His team were so brilliant that they didn’t need him to make the final.
If Gilchrist played for a lesser team, his failures in the semi-finals would have costed his team a place in the finals and people would now call him bottler.
As I said, you can find holes in every career, and this isn’t the only hole in Gilchrist’s ODI career.
I think slip should be kept on. as much as possible

Amla is a walking wicket in every ICC tournament at every stage. Give it a rest.
NZ it as good while it lasted
Yep, that was the moment that changed the game. That pant drop would have sealed it
India should win from here
Yes. Thankfully the mods recovered it.
The hacker opened a thread on Time Pass and apologized for my criticism of Sarfraz and Pakistan in general.
If India carries Kohli into the final 7 times like Australia carried Gilchrist, I am sure he will score a match-winning ton once or twice.
He is 25ish and knows SFA.![]()
Australia lost two semi-finals as well in his time (CT 2002 and 2004) and he failed in them, just like he failed in the semi-finals Australia won.
Not every player has the luxury of playing 6 finals after he has failed in all of those 6 semi-finals.
Indian commentators need to learn to be impartial. Yes it's a tense semi-final match but you are paid to give a balanced insight, not to cheerlead during the highs and moan when your team is going through lows.
These two have batted well and now game is even
Cant downplay three Box office performance in three WC finals. Also Kohli dosent play in a weak team like you're Insinuating. He plays for the supposedly best team in the world.Absurd to compare actual performances against ifs & buts

20 overs almost done which means India won't be going to the finals in case rain arrives.
Yes India should not have batted this poorly but conditions also helping NZ's swing bowlers. It rained most of yesterday and o/n as well.
I dare say Pak would not have fared any better in these conditions
Good to see you are back with your good wishes for India. You seem to have found your voice again which you lost for a while![]()
Just tuned in, what a disaster. And its still overcast, 4 wkts down, rain around the corner, way behind DLS target, only MSD as a decorative item to come.
Pant and Pandya are the real cornered tigers!
MSD should have come in place of DK, was a perfect opportunity to play his test match innings and shut up his haters. But he choose to guard the tail instead.
Pakistan has already chased down a similar score against the same team in similar conditions. The conditions are not extreme, Rohit is simply a FTB, Kohli is a choker and the likes of Rahul and Dinesh are not international material.
Rohit got a good ball. Can't blame him. Kohli is a choker and Rahul was a mental midget. I'm pretty sure Dhawan wouldn't have scored many either. It's a deficiency everybody knows. But they are better than English on tricky pitches. Aussies and NZ are probably the only teams that could have handled the first 10 overs
There was nothing box office about scoring 50 when chasing 133 in the 99 Final. The match was done and dusted before Australia came onto bat and our players had given up.
That's not relevant at all here. Rohit is a champion batsman in ODIs and a GOAT contender easily.
Australia, yes. NZ, nope. Only Taylor and Williamson can hold a bat.
The sky that they are showing on tv might beg to differ. There is no rain expected during the game.
