its because on tricky wickets where our stroke makers always go for their shots and get out, younis has a higher probablity of surviving and guiding us to victory... his style of batting is more suited to this type of wicket where ball does not come onto the bat. he is not afridi, farhat or akmal who playing expansive drives and like the ball coming onto the bat.. they get frustrated and lash out and throw their wickets when the ball is coming slow and such.

Imran just played the number's game when he predicted Younis would do good here.
