It doesn't work that way. Yadav is bowling well here not because he is bowling great, rather PAK batsmen batted with his a$$ in position of head. Wicket is slow & low - that doesn't mean any one bowling spin will trouble batsmen. Farkhar isn't a regular bowler, he'll bowl 1-2 loose balls every over - what better planned batting unit'll do is make sure that they don't give cheap wickets to him & wait for the loose one - from couple of shots in alternate overs, easily an average of 5+ can be managed, even on turners.
