Naseem should definitely be learning his trade in domestic cricket and can be counted as young. But the rest of the team has enough experience. The excuse of the team being young is a joke.

Batting is not young but bowling definitely is, you win nothing with inexperienced players. The biggest mistake Pakistan ever did is that they did not blood new players in slowly. Maximum one bowler or batsmen should be drafted it in every year.

You not going to get Archer or jamieson every day who come in and perform straight away even they have the likes of Anderson, broad, bolt and southee to lend an experience hand. Pakistan had their luck with those type of players in the years gone by but you cant count on being lucky all the time at some stage Pakistan would need to learn who to build teams and transition players slowly.
