Pakistan apparently had tremendous fast bowlers in the 90's in domestic cricket who never ever got considered because Wasim and Waqar were just too good. How times have changed

well pak still has bowlers in recent past who did not get the opportunities they deserved. everyone knows the case of sadaf hussain, synonymous with fawad alam non-selection.

mir hamza, who got one test last year, is supposed to be as good as starc. he has very impressive stats, but barely gets an opportunity. but the future is not bleak for pakistan. husnain is definitely a prospect for future as well as mohmmd musa and naseem shah.

regarding the batting, kushdil shah is a power hitter with a good average, rizwan is not too shabby. It only depends on whether the selectors use common sense or not.

Our tourney is over.
This match has absolutely smashed our NRR to smithreens and if by any miracle we win all 4 of the next games (NOT HAPPENING) we will still not qualify.

Oh man might be a close game if we play 50 overs from here.

That would require Pakistan batsmen to score at 12.4 per over. The top order batsmen scored at 5.3 for 40 overs. You really think the lower order would make it a close game scoring near 12 an over?

It is realastic when you consider from position india was and had they knew match was 40 overs they had started accelarstion from 35th over ,so its really about how you see it.

Btw that 302 score is coz pak lost wickets,while india didnt ,had pak been 1/2 down score would have been unfer 240 or even 200 so its ur own fault
