Nehra got injured correctly if not their bowling atleast would had been okish,Kane Williamson is injured as well.

In Vijay tv's Neeya Naana show most of the u-35 participants can't speak 2 sentence without saying "so" "and" 'but' "you see". RIP Tamil in Tamil Nadu.

Tamil in Chennai was already like that bro also IT has made most people adapt to English which makes it harder to give any major importance to Tamil,probably "Tamil Sangams" can be organized i guess it was done during DMK.
 
I can hear a song being played in the stadium and I'm sure it is a Devi Sri Prasad composition. Cause it is pretty garbage and sounds dumb.
 
Mustafizur still bowling sharp. His pace is close to 90mph and consistent.

A good 10 runs were scored against him on misfields alone.

The problem is those shots were decent. Even the IPL Indians are reading him now.

Yeah it is probably that. I think the inferiority complex of speaking your local language and the rise of English Medium is detrimental to languages in India. The Chinese and Korean here for example speak in their language and you will not understand a single word they are saying, they don't use English when they speak their native language.
 
Hyderabad came back well,if they lose now they can rather send their foreign players home.
 
B Kumar the best bowler for SRH today. Excellent swing at the beginning and decent yorkers at the end. That;s a complete bowler if he can perform consistently

Because he knows they are not as effective. It's good that he's trying other options. Even his 140 kph balls are cross seam. Not sure if that's an issue with his wrist

Tamil movies have it mixed as well ,English is dominating a lot, also i remember this guy who had to train me initially was so shy because he couldn't speak English even though he was a good at his work,becomes an ego thing probably because Indian jobs have to deal directly with Americans,Britishers,Aussies now.

Malayalee people hardly speak a word of English when they speak Malayalam.
 
What all these IPL games is showing is that Pune is actual QUITE FAR behind most teams in batting firepower.

Mumbai does look a strong side once it starts clicking.

He does ball with proper seam on some occassions, not sure why he was bowling other deliveries.

About the cutters being non-effective, i don't think its a case of non-effectiveness. His cutters have proven to be useful and surely K Pandya won't find it easy to play Mustafiz like that. Rayudu played Mustaf before. I guess the captain and coach asked him to bowl quick and full considering that the boundaries are short and pitches have a tinge of green on them though i didn't see any swing from even B Kumar

The entire interview. His pronunciations are lame. Dropping in Suzhalphandhu and few other words won't do the job. There has to be better Tamil cricketing commentators :facepalm:.

Kumar got some swing at the start.

Also Mustafizur bowled a lot of cutters as well.

Kumar swung it a lot in the previous match at the same venue, today bowled excellent lines and got rewarded. Good to see him back in rhythm

BTW, Mustafiz didn't bowl too many cutters, he was just bowling cross seam. Surely you can't bowl cutters at a pace of 142KPH.

B Kumar got Guptill out with a beautiful out swinger. I am not saying Fizz is a bad bowler. I'm just saying that the cutters can only take you so far once the batsmen start reading them. Look at Mitch Mcleneghan's bowling now. Outswingers to left handers with the new ball. He also needs to vary his length by bowling bouncers etc.

No I saw him bowling atleast 5 cutters in the 125-130 mark.

His second over was 120-130ish ,but i didn't notice cutters that over.

Yeah true should be like Dutch or Germans proud of their culture and speaking English as well i had issues with Hindi before i went to hostel in Bangalore with full of North Indians now i'm good at that,still slow at reading though.

That is a skill he will develop with time. He is well capable of bowling good line and length if needed. The reason why I rate him i not because he has those cutters in his armoury, i rate him because he is canny and he is learning with time.

When he played against Pakistan last year in April, he was bowling at 133KPH and everyone labelled him as a medium pacer, today he was bowling 143 clicks regularly. I don't put my money on one trick ponies, i put them on players who work hard and develop their skills. I identified that he, along with Taskin are extremely hard workers which is why i backed them ahead of Al-Amin or Rubel.

Bumrah's IPL stats don't look good. I guess he improved quite a bit over the years, his yorkers aren't lethal but consistent. Hard to score boundary, whithered away in the World T20's latter stages because of pressure but it happens to even the best
 
But if Bumrah is going to be bowling these man no-balls he will have a higher Economy Rate than Shahadat Hossain

Its just so nice to see MI losing momentum coz rich bad owners ,now i see how other Asian teams feel while they play us :)))
 
Henriques is not a No.3 bat. The sooner they realize the better it is for SRH.

He is a hitter and they are confusing him by sending him up the order. He's wasting too many balls to stick around just because he is sent at No.3

Agreed. We had Ilayaraja and then AR Rahman composing music. Also the other guys like Vidyasagar, Bharadwaj were quite good too. Now Ilayaraja is too old, ARR is rare, and we have trash like Anirudh, DSP, etc. using the same formula for every single song.

I think tamil cinema has moved on from commercial and family subjects to short film kinda subjects. But still there are crap commercial ones coming. GV is good and Santosh Narayanan is churning out different music from the usual nowadays. Rest are crap.
 
Only Pandya manages to catch those ones somehow. Southee gets a well deserved 3,lucky for MI either Mitch or Southee shine.
