IPL 2026 - Discussion thread

Last year, Romario Shepard brother Khaleel ko Jaleel kar diya. Today, Miller did the same to Siraj.
Every bowler will have a bad day. In T20โ€™s bad days always exceed good days.
Siraj is a quality test bower. Khaleel has skills. He lacks pace. He used to bowl 140+ a few years ago. Now he operates in mid 130โ€™s. Just the kind of pace t20 batsmen like.

Yeah, Siraj is a quality Test + ODI bowler. Him and Bumrah struggling to find their rhythm is always a great sign for most of Pakpassion members.

Entertaining match. Not sure what Miller was thinking at the end there. Lack of game awareness from Kuldeep too. He should have started running as soon as the delivery was bowled.

What a game..

Superstars like Gill, Rashid, KL, Miller, Ngidi, Butler all coming to the party.

Meanwhile Impotent Rage gang is still begging us.

"Please give me exciting moments :dw

"Please give me Regulator :ssmith "

"Pakpassion members " should curb their enthusiasm. :inti

Their mediocre tullas are no where near good enough to take advantage of the so called out of rhythm Siraj and Bumrah.

For me - the biggest plus point of this IPL is if any two from Ashok Sharma, Kartik Tyagi, Mayank Yadzav or even Umraan malik or Prince yadav get selected for next upcoming series vs zim , sl & Bangla.

Rest who won who lost amongst ipl teams is immaterial for me;- it's all one continuous flash cornucopia of paint spill inspired uniforms... I follow intl cricket only....my only link with eyepeeyell is to see any new exciting players...make the cut...

These guys are the new crop of pacemen who if nurtured properly will partner Jassi-Boomz in our next serious outing in intl cricket....

Hope BCCI & our team management is serious about development of our next line of pacemen

Mukul you beauty. Missed the jackpot yesterday but today won thanks to Mukul .. shabash.

Ye IPL hai meri jaan. ..yha koi bhi match jita sakta hai kisi bhi position se.

:klopp :kp

Your questions go unanswered because you act like a maniac who just yells and runs his mouth with a very negative intent.

Not a personal attack, just letting you know why people engage with you the way they do. I am pretty sure your mannerism is embarrassing to half the Pakistani posters as well.
Not a word he understood, better crowd fund him

You are crap,your mind too
Just don't waste time, maybe some psychiatrist gives you discount
lol, thats not english and your off topic - stay on topic

if a team scores 240 in a t20 match - that does indicate that the pitch is crap = faar too easy to bat on - but yet most indian wickets par score is between 220-240

cricket is better when thrs a contest between bat and ball

Just watched the highlights.. Mukulโ€™s two sixes against Arora (the helicopter shot in the 17th over and the one off the penultimate ball) were the standouts.. Tbh bowlers cant do much about them..

Today is royals encounter. Both are unbeaten so far. This is going to be a blockbuster match.

Can't wait for vaibhav suryavanshi. He is a ultra aggressive player I've seen.

:kp

If rcb doesn't get the vaibhav and Jaiswal wickets early with their average bowling attack, they are in for serious phainta .its for their own good that match is in guwahati instead of micky mouse chinnaswamy.

Its time for RCB bowlers to show up. It is not chinnaswamy, so they should back to defend it. They won last time because they did not depend on their batting alone (those wins in away matches were because of overall composition of the team). I think Jacob Duffy would have played (impact sub to Salt/David) if RCB had not last so many wickets! Hazlewood/Bhuvi/Duffy would have been a deadly bowling combination...

If RCB can score near 200 on their off-day, then they are playing like title-defenders!

I think RCB can include Venkatesh Iyer in the playing XI (entend/retain their batting lineup) ask Padikkal to open with Kohli and they can include Duffy in the main XI

Clown ,good to see ,you are not recovering
as you stated before that I need a psychiatrist - are you sure, seems like you need to see one, seems like your crying

cmon, do better and get over it

Seems like your not liking this yr Ipl and taking it out on me

i bet you find the Ipl = BOOOOOOO:sleep::sleep::sleep::sleep:         RRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNGGGGGGG!

Teenager Suryavanshi smashes 15-ball fifty in IPL

Rajasthan Royals' teenage sensation Vaibhav Suryavanshi continued his sensational run in the Indian Premier League with a 15-ball fifty against defending champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru.

Suryavanshi, 15, whacked eight fours and seven sixes in a remarkable display of power-hitting before he fell for 78 from 26 balls to set up Royals' successful chase of 202 with two overs to spare.

RCB's bowling attack was boosted by the return of Australia star Josh Hazlewood, making his first appearance of the tournament because of an injury, but he and India's Bhuvneshwar Kumar were treated with disdain by the youngster in a brutal partnership of 108 from 37 balls with number three Dhruv Jurel.

The pair dominated the powerplay ruthlessly, reaching 97-1, with Suryavanshi reaching his fifty with a six.

It was the joint third-fastest IPL fifty in history and it was the second time he has achieved that feat in this year's tournament, having also done so against Chennai Super Kings on 30 March.

He is yet to be capped by India at international level, but is now the tournament's leading run-scorer with 200 runs in four innings at an incredible strike-rate of 266.6.

After Suryavanshi was dismissed by spinner Krunal Pandya, the Royals slipped from 129-1 to 134-4, but Jurel expertly controlled the remainder of the chase with a mature innings of 81 not out from 43 balls.

Earlier, Jofra Archer won the battle of the England internationals as he dismissed RCB opener Phil Salt from the first ball of the match, beating him for pace and drawing a top edge to wicketkeeper Jurel.

Virat Kohli made a fluent 32 from 16 balls but Royals' bowlers continued to dominate, as Archer finished with 2-33 and spinner Ravi Bishnoi claimed 2-32, as RCB slumped to 125-7 after 14 overs.

But captain Rajat Patidar led an impressive recovery with his 63 from 40 balls and West Indies' Romario Shepherd clubbed 22 from 11 as they accelerated at the death.

Venkatesh Iyer added a crucial cameo of 29, including 20 from the final over bowled by Sandeep Sharma, to push RCB past 200.

But Jurel and Suryavanshi's stand took all of their momentum and helped Royals inflict a first defeat of the season upon RCB, and ensured that they remain unbeaten at the top of the table.
