Only few teams can bat like that. It is not easy to employ sustained hitting without getting out.Not sure how much enjoyment you can gain as a fan watching bowlers get bludgeoned like this.
There is T20 cricket, and then there is T20 cricket on steroids.
300 scored already at international level. There must've been at least 10 catches dropped in yesterday matches between Punjab vs Delhi.
If openers don't score any century, we could/should see 300 being scored.
Numbers say this has been the fastest scoring season:Only few teams can bat like that. It is not easy to employ sustained hitting without getting out.
Mostly due to couple of teams. Look at CSK today 10 overs 44 runsNumbers say this has been the fastest scoring season:
Gave a juicy half volley...LOLLol Tyagi..
This is what happens when you leave international cricket for greedPooran is completely out of form this year. His time is up.
The same thing happened with Klaasen and de Kock, but de Kock was wise enough to recognize the decline in his form early and chose to comeback to int'l games..This is what happens when you leave international cricket for greed
He was given a very harsh obstructing the ball dismissal.Angkrish Raghuvanshi of Kkr was fined 20% of his match fees and has also accumulated One Demerit Point (Level 1) for breaching Article 2.2 of the IPL’s Code of Conduct for Players and Team Officials.
That's actually very bad umpiring tbh..Angkrish Raghuvanshi of Kkr was fined 20% of his match fees and has also accumulated One Demerit Point (Level 1) for breaching Article 2.2 of the IPL’s Code of Conduct for Players and Team Officials.
Has to be , never seen such a power play in IPL.13 for 6 in powerplay is that a record in IPL.![]()

Folks , the games on Saturday where record runs were chased , it was reported that a total of 14 catches were dropped across 2 games !Raju , you are not very bright if you think 265[ for 2 ] being chased down in 18.5 overs for loss of 4 on this postcard sized ground & atrocius pitch is fun !
Poor batting? I mean the one with CSK vs GT has more swings and bounce than this one..lol looks like the pitch curator took the comments to heart. What did he do? Run a tractor over the pitch?
Otherwise how do you go from 264-3 to 75 all-out on the same ground in a matter of days?
This ipitch is next to the previous match. Not the same pitch.lol looks like the pitch curator took the comments to heart. What did he do? Run a tractor over the pitch?

Can add Praful Hinge & Kartik Tyagi in the list.
I said same ground, not same pitchThis ipitch is next to the previous match. Not the same pitch.
Each pitch has distinct characteirstics in almost all the grounds. If you pick the wrong it may backfireI said same ground, not same pitch
Umm...yeah. I know. I'm questioning how you can prepare two different pitches that are such polar opposites of each other in the space of days. Each pitch has distinct characteirstics in almost all the grounds. If you pick the wrong it may backfire
No they don't prepare on the spot. They are alrady there with different clay content. Watering and overhead conditions determine. There was slight drizzle in the air. Probably assisted them. Bhuvi was getting 3.2 degree swing. It is not suitable for stroke play . It lasted longer than expected. But chennai pitch was even tougher i heard as it had prodigious bounce too.Umm...yeah. I know. I'm questioning how you can prepare two different pitches that are such polar opposites of each other in the space of days.
They are all high risk high reward players. So they won't be consistent. When it comes off they will win . You need a group of such players hoping one will cick.Looks like brother Rizvi's novelty honeymoon phase is over.
Hinge looks hit the deck bowler can be useful in SENA conditions if groomed properly.Tyagi yes butnot hinge

Typical Ind trundler. Hinge, Bhuvi, Nitish Reddy, Dubey, harshal Patel....legacy of Venkatesh Parsad, Srinath lolDoesn’t have enough to hurry elite batters
Typical Ind trundler. Hinge, Bhuvi, Nitish Reddy, Dubey, harshal Patel....legacy of Venkatesh Parsad, Srinath lol
McGrath and Pollock were also trundlers, but that doesn’t matter. It’s about bowling well. Bhuvneshwar Kumar is still among the better bowlers in the T20 format (and personally I think in other formats too if he can maintain his fitness).Typical Ind trundler. Bloke is comparing McGrath and Pollock to Srinath and Parsad and you talk about serious answers? LOL! Inds really live in their own cuckoo land.Don't waste time giving serious answers
You missed the jungle for the trees!Bloke is comparing McGrath and Pollock to Srinath and Parsad and you talk about serious answers? LOL! Inds really live in their own cuckoo land.
Anyone who thinks Bhuvi is a good bowler isn't worth discussing with. A glorified trundler who looks like a nihari server rather than a bowler. Mentioning McGrath and Pollock in the same post as any Indian bowler is in itself blasphemy in cricket terms let alone Srinath and Parsad who would barely make Zimbabwe AT 11.You missed the jungle for the trees!
Calling anyone trundlers has no bearing - you have to be a good bowler.
Again, nobody is comparing McGrath and Pollock with anyone. I pointed out the fallacy in your statement about the trundler comment. You are free to call those bowlers crap but it’s not because they are “trundlers”.Anyone who thinks Bhuvi is a good bowler isn't worth discussing with. You are just being deliberately obtuse. I said typical Ind trundler. Typical Ind trundlers are crap. McGrath bowed in early to mid 130s in the last 5 years of his career and in late 130s in the early to mid part of his career. Pollock bowled in 120s in the last 5 years of his career, and mid 130s almost all remaining of his career. Yes, they were trundlers. But speed doesn’t determine a bowler’s greatness, his skill does that these bowlers had in abundance. You are just being deliberately obtuse. I said typical Ind trundler. My qualified was Indian trundlers. I did not mention global trundlers. You Inds really lack logic. First Bose tries to pass off a lie and claim 2nd highest is the same as first highest and now you ignore the Ind part of the INDIAN TRUNDLER I mentioned and come up with this verbal diarrhea.McGrath bowed in early to mid 130s in the last 5 years of his career and in late 130s in the early to mid part of his career. You lost the argument about lacking logic even before you wrote your first post on this forum with your username. Enough said.My qualified was Indian trundlers. I did not mention global trundlers. "Charlie" you Inds make fun of the name Rizwan without knowing the meaning. You are an absolute clown much like most Inds with zero logic or civic sense. At least I have the guts to post with my own name rather than calling myself Charlie. Sit down. You lost the argument about lacking logic even before you wrote your first post on this forum with your username. Enough said.
What makes you think Charlie is not my name? Presumptuous much? Regardless, are you saying MenInG doesn’t have guts? Or BhaadViru for that matter? People choose their usernames due to identity theft online, not because they lack guts. Rizwan is fine, that T20Champ after it negates everything before."Charlie" you Inds make fun of the name Rizwan without knowing the meaning. You are calling RizwanT20 champ lol Most anti T20 player in T20 history lol You are mocking others? hahahaBloke is comparing McGrath and Pollock to Srinath and Parsad and you talk about serious answers? LOL! Inds really live in their own cuckoo land.
Watched him properly for the first time. Seemed to me like he's almost a baseball batter in cricket. High backlift, firm based clean swing, lot of force. Probably the way cricket's going to go in the long term.Suryavanshi is not sparing anyone. Bumrah/Ferguson/Jansen/Arshdeep/Rabada/Cummins… it does not matter. They are all traveling.
Not sure how can tame this young tiger. So far, everyone is getting hammered.
Yes. Superfast hands and a strong base to generate power. His timing is also top notch. He does bat like a baseball batter. His defense is also excellent. Defends with a straight bat. Never it appear like he is slogging.Watched him properly for the first time. Seemed to me like he's almost a baseball batter in cricket. High backlift, firm based clean swing, lot of force. Conceptually it does mean he would struggle against the yorker and movement though. He would have to commit to his shots early given his batting style but fast hands give him some margin for error.Yes. Superfast hands and a strong base to generate power. Tuller supporter Naveen I have already told you that it is my name. Dont defend your lies just by deflecting. Do you also roll rice and eat it with your hand? You are calling RizwanT20 champ lol Most anti T20 player in T20 history lol You are mocking others? hahaha
Wow! bro can bully tooTuller supporter Naveen I have already told you that it is my name. Dont defend your lies just by deflecting. Do you also roll rice and eat it with your hand?
MI lack the fire power. They are wasting Tilak at no.5 or 6 and SkY is done. There are certain teams that are stuck in the past. Mumbai Indians is one. They scored only 50 runs in the last 5. That is where the difference is.
Those times when u logon to PP to just njoi the copiumTypical Ind trundler. Hinge, Bhuvi, Nitish Reddy, Dubey, harshal Patel....legacy of Venkatesh Parsad, Srinath lol
