At this point, I would pick Ishant Sharma as batsman over Gambit the rabbit.

Gambhir is surviving on his reputation he had 5 years ago.

I doubt if any IPL team would pick him next year. There are many better domestic players than Gambhir.

IMO, Gambhir should retire and manage his family business. I read he comes from a rich family.

All Gambhir is doing is ruin his reputation or whatever he has.
 
Is a little sad though.

This guy scored a test century I think in 2008 every time he come out to bat. Look how things change.

Yes! Which is sad to see.

He has given Indian fans some great memories. For example, the world twenty20 final vs Pak, his world cup finals innings against SL and his fabulous almost 7 hour innings in Napier which helped to save that test and ultimately India won the series.

Dhawan looks very dodgy now so GG does have an opportunity to get his India place back but I'd be surprised if he does.

He's lucky that he got selected in ipl, but it's probably the last time now.

Aaron bowling pretty quick here. It will be interesting to see how Umesh goes for KKR when he gets the ball in hand.
