O bhai i posted a link from The Gulf News. Thats a UAE based news paper and it published the entire OIC Abu Dhabi declaration. It has no mention of Kashmir.


Here is a pakistani source saying that even though a pak sponsored resolution was separately passed it was not made part of the official declaration.

Neither is a Indian source. India sucessfully kept out any mention of Kashmir in the final draft of the Abu Dhabi declaration.

Beizzati is for Pakistan. UAE invited India to OIC despite pakistani protests and then despite a separate resolution being passed on Kashmir, OIC kept it out of the official declaration.

The Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) has arrested an employee of the Indian Embassy in Moscow for allegedly spying for Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI. He was arrested in Meerut. The arrested individual, identified as Satendra Siwal, was working as a Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) in the Ministry of External Affairs.

The operation unfolded as ATS received intelligence from confidential sources suggesting that ISI handlers were luring Indian Ministry of External Affairs employees, offering financial incentives in exchange for sensitive information related to the Indian Army. The information being exchanged posed a grave threat to India's internal and external security, the agency said.

Satendra Siwal, a resident of Shahmahiuddinpur village in Hapur, was identified as a key player in this espionage network. He was allegedly extracting confidential documents by exploiting his position within the Indian Embassy in Moscow. The accused, motivated by greed for money, allegedly passed critical information concerning the strategic activities of the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of External Affairs, and Indian military establishments to ISI handlers.

"The ATS was receiving intelligence from various confidential sources that the handlers of the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI, through some persons, were luring the employees of the Ministry of External Affairs with money to obtain strategically and strategically important information related to the Indian Army that is likely to pose a huge threat to the internal and external security of India," the agency said in a statement.

Following extensive intelligence gathering and surveillance, Satendra Siwal was summoned to the ATS Field Unit in Meerut for interrogation. During questioning, he reportedly failed to provide satisfactory answers, eventually confessing to his involvement in spy activities. Satendra Siwal has been working as an India Based Security Assistant (IBSA) at the Indian Embassy in Moscow since 2021.

An FIR has been registered against Siwal under sections of waging war against the country and also under sections of the Official Secrets Act.

The Ministry of External Affairs said that it is aware of Satendra Siwal's arrest and is working with the investigative authorities in the case.

New Delhi: The Indian Army has issued a policy on the use of social media applications like Instagram and others, allowing personnel to access Instagram for "purposes of viewing and monitoring only", ANI reported on Thursday. According to the army officials, personnel are advised not to share their comments or views while accessing various Apps.

In view of the newly issued guidelines by the Indian Army, for Apps like -- Skype, WhatsApp, Telegram and Signal -- only exchange of unclassified information of a general nature/contents have been permitted.
Contents to be exchanged only with known persons. Responsibility for correctly identifying the recipient lies with the user, ANI quoted officials as saying.

For Apps like YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), Quora and Instagram, only passive participation to obtain knowledge or information has been permitted. Uploading of user-generated content and messages etc is not permitted," they said.

LinkedIn can be used only for uploading a resume for obtaining information on potential employees or employers, Army's new rules mentioned.

Why Indian Army Issued Social Media Guidelines​

The new guidelines have been issued to every army unit and department, sources said.
The objective of the new rules is to allow soldiers to view, monitor content being shared on social media but for their awareness and information purpose only.

Through this, the soldiers will be able to track what’s being shared and report content that may be fake, controversial or misleading to their senior officers.
The new rules have been placed after several incidents of soldiers falling victim to honey traps set by foreign agencies that led to the leaking of sensitive information, risking national security have surfaced, even though the sharing of information is unintentional.

Four personnel of the Indian Army sustained injuries in an accidental explosion that occurred during a routine firing exercise at the reserved Badkala firing range in Saharanpur district on Saturday evening, police confirmed on Sunday.

The incident took place while soldiers were engaged in standard training activities at the range, located in the Behat tehsil area. Superintendent of police (Rural) Sagar Jain stated that the blast happened abruptly, resulting in injuries to the four personnel.

“During routine firing exercises, suddenly an explosion occurred, injuring four army personnel,” Jain told reporters.

Immediate response teams from Mirzapur and Behat police stations arrived at the scene and promptly evacuated the injured soldiers to the Behat Primary Health Centre for initial treatment. Due to the severity of their conditions, two of the injured were subsequently referred to the district hospital for advanced medical care.

The injured personnel have been identified as Suresh (45), Pavitra (35), Deepak (27), and Praveen (30). According to Jain, Deepak and Suresh were being treated at the higher facility. Army officials assured that all four soldiers were stable and under proper medical supervision.

“All personnel are safe and are receiving appropriate treatment,” Jain added.

An official inquiry was initiated to determine the exact cause of the explosion and to implement measures aimed at preventing similar incidents in the future.

The Badkala firing range, situated in the Shivalik forest region, is a designated area for military training exercises.

No further details on the nature of the explosion were released pending the investigation’s outcome.

A 40-year-old Army personnel has been arrested by the Government Railway Police (GRP) for allegedly raping a woman inside an empty coach of Army special train at Jharkhand’s Tatisilwai Railway Station on December 18, police said.

According to the police, the woman was waiting to catch a train to Ranchi around 5.30 pm when the accused allegedly dragged her inside an empty coach and raped her after threatening her of dire consequences.
