The pensioner David Wiese taking Amir to the cleaners and then Amir has the temerity to demand playing for Pakistan on his own terms.

Aamir's spell in the CT final was amazing, match winning.
But his fan boys go on like he single handily won that tournament for Pakistan.
Was he the MOTM in the final? nope
Was he best bowler in the tournament ? nope
Was he the man of the tournament? nope
It goes back to a couple of posts ago - he puts in effort when he feels like. When he does its brilliant but to do it when you feel like is a poor poor attitude.
Kinda glad he got smashed yesterday in the end ( albeit unlucky)
He’s still the best bowler in the world.
Shaheen is three times the player amir is
How many ICC trophies has Shaheen helped deliver for Pakistan compared to Amir?
Who did Virat Kohli and Steven Smith mention as being one of the toughest and most skilled bowlers they have faced?
I don’t understand this argument Amir fans continually put out of X player mentioning Amir as the toughest bowler they’ve faced. It doesn’t mean anything when your not getting them out.How many ICC trophies has Shaheen helped deliver for Pakistan compared to Amir?

Does Amir hold the British citizenship or even visa? How long before till he gets it?
If he gets one, he can play in the IPL like Azhar Mahmood did and rake in the dollars, much more than what he'd make playing for Pakistan. He probably wanted to make the most of his career in the IPL and so retired early. He won't be going for much money in the auctions if he's 36 as opposed to 30.
You can take him now if you want. He chases money so will fit in just fine!
Funnily enough, I was reading an article about his retirement yesterday and it was mentioned he would even be eligible to play for England in a few years like Jofra Archer. Imagine Amir with the three lions shirt charging in with the Duke ball with James Anderson and Jofra against Pakistan at the Lords)

Denly's stumps goes flying!

People can cry as much as they want, the reality is that a fit and motivated Amir is still the second best fast bowler in Pakistan after Shaheen.
He only has 3-4 years left in the tank and thanks to the current management, he is going to waste.
Retiring from Test cricket is not a crime. If his body cannot hold up to the rigors of the format so be it.
Just because PCB brought him back (for their own interests) it does not mean that he is a slave to them.
But maybe this management deserves tape ball bowlers like Rauf and talentless hacks like Naseem.

I don't understand what is the crime if anyone retires from test cricket! Amir is still the first choice new ball bowler for Pakistan in ODIs and T20
What an over that was, more entertaining then the entire Eng v India series thus far
Next joke please ?
Fact is Amir ruined his own career, he ruined himself and he's a shadow of his former self.
Defonitely agree with you
Next joke please ?
Why it's a joke ? Who is better than him in current line up other than Shaheen Afridi in LOI?
Amir in 2019 played 9 ODIS averaged 21 with the ball with 17 wickets

So let's see if Amir goes back to FC/List A cricket with his free time, or fools around in some shady T10 league in the Middle East.

Saved Karachi once again.
Seriously? How so? By going wicketless?
Saved Karachi once again.
Did you even watch the game.....
Obviously I am commenting right after this game is over. Tell me how did he save the game and then I will take you to my school.
He conceded just 7 runs in 2nd last over. Bowled two dot balls to Rashid Khan in the last two balls.
Noor Ahmad saved the game and Amir just bowled an ok over when the asking rate was already too high and Rashid is not a proven batsman, so not a big deal that he bowled couple of dots to him.
No it was not. Noor might have saved the game but it was put back on hold by the overs from Abbas and Ilyas. 27 off 12 is a cakewalk in T20 these days and Rashid is no mug with a bat. He scored 16 in last over against Islamabad and has smashed bowlers around the park in every league. It seems like you have not watched the match at all and just reading the scorecard.
Amir is a very good bowler, but to say that he bowled a match saving over is completely wrong here. He got hit for a six on the second ball of that over and that last ball of that over, could have also gone for six. He only got away because Rashid was batting. Rashid was clueless today and was feeling the heat.
Only takes a few dot balls to elevate someone to a match winner, that is how low our standards have fallen.
Amir is just a poor man's Mark Ealham with the ball. Doesn't take wickets, zero fire in his bowling, inconsistent economy rate, can't single handedly win matches, low on pace but still the boy wants respect
You are proving in this post of yours how Amir saved the match for Karachi. Had Amir let the pressure get to him in that over and was taken to cleaners for 17 in that over getting 10 runs in the final over which was bowled by a inexperienced bowler would have been cake walk for them. Amir showed exactly why he is the king of big matches in this match. His over was no doubt vital for Karachi's victory.
Where was this match winning Amir when Iftikhar was sweeping him like a spinner?

Amir gets serious hate on this forum.
Even when he wasn't picking up wickets, at least he was keeping it tight and not giving up 75 runs a game.
He gave away 70 runs in the 2019 ODI WC game against England. People need to wake up, he is not the 2010 Amir and neither is he a great bowler.

In the same game: Jofra Archer - 0-79 (10)
Chris Woakes - 1-71 (8)
Hassan Ali - 0-66 (10)
Mohammad Amir - 2-67 (10)
You chose stats from a game where Amir had the best figures out of the Pakistan pace attack.
