You guys cried during CT that India is only playing in one venue where as other teams travelling.

Same is happening this time where Pakistan is playing in one venue and other teams are travelling. However, you are not crying this time, aren't you?

Anyway lets see if this extra favour can help Pakistan winning this event.

Hahah go make yourself fool not us...India is in Dubai, almost a Week before Pakistan. While PCT is traveling from Sharjah to Dubai. India will face PCT after match against UAE in Dubai. So who has been there longer in Dubai? And again will PCT all matches till final at same venue if they progress.

Pakistan player's played League cricket in Dubai including own PSL , play a tri series here. No excuse for not winning the Asia cup . :klopp :kp

Lol posters really comparing travelling back and forth between 2 different countries that have 2 vastly different conditons to what is happening in asia cup?

Have India play a series where they have to travel from Australia to Dubai and back to Australia within a span of 2 to 3 days and tailor a squad for both pitches. Then we'll talk.

Should'nt Pak women be winning all their matches in ODI WC 2025 - considering all their matches are played in SL/same venue and the rest of that same gravy train bombast that everyone and their Khalujaan jumped about in march/april this year about the Champions trophy scheduling? :ua

Pakistan women are not even worth discussion. These women are no good and no match for any team. They are just playing because of the name PAKISTAN.

Your women cricketers earn less than a peon in PCB. They have earned the right to play the world cup on merit through qualifier not because of the name pakistan.

My post is purely based on their performance.. I have nothing against gender... Their performance is so bad that a U15 team can beat them easily...

I am no feminist here, but the utterly low wage for pakistani women cricketers is abhorrent and casual sexism by several posters here is just reflection of pakistanj society and this despite the fact more than half of you are living in developed western countries.
Indian men are horrible to women too, but this level degradation of women in sports has become mostly limited to village uncles now.

Pay them a decent wage atleast comparable to other south Asian women cricketers atleast.

You have your opinion... I don't think Pak women are doing well.. They are playing for a long time but I have seen no performance from them... They have had some good caoches as well.. But no improvement...

How can you improve when you don't allow good talent to actually play cricket?

When legends like Shahid Afridi forbids his daughters from playing sports? When one of the most natural six hitters in women cricket from pakistan gave up sports and embraced religion?

These women are perhaps only ones allowed to even play. How do you expect good talent to come through when the pipeline itself is being stifled?

Meanwhile in india it's been the opposite, legends are encouraging women cricket and money is a huge incentive now. Our previous ok bunch have been replaced by talented youngsters.

Pak to play all its matches in Sri Lanka - Colombo and Kandy including the super 8's, semis and finals provided they qualify.

In context of this thread and the usual Saazish narrative with the CT - Pak should obliterate all opponents and be the WC winner :) :Dah

Don't forget that ingenious excuse for t20 wc "Indian team knows where it will play semis much earlier than anyone" .it was supported by supposed global fans who loves and fair ground for every opponent.

You may have the advantage but do you have a quality team as well??

Our previous bunch beat Australia in Australia twice in 2009 Women's World Cup in Super Sixes stage as well as 3rd/4th playoff match.

Pakistan womens team was never suspected to do well, you can give them all the advantages, they will never be able to grab it with both hands, they had some good moments in terms of bowling vs India and Australia but were not able to take advantage and got hard done by rain vs England.

The advantage comes more with Good or top teams which India is already, India being a top team and also having ICC in their pockets did not need any more favours by having all there games in Dubai.

Pakistan T20 is not a top team, however having them play all there matches in 1 or 2 locations only is unfair to the other teams that is true, however this all started because of India, so they have themself to blame.

However one disadvantage Pakistan will have is that it does tend to rain a lot in Sri Lanka (Colombo) in particular if not mistaken, so they might have matches rained off or shorten.

So at least one team knows in advance where it will play semis and finals....if it qualifies....

pcb nominated dubai to host all the matches . Icc provided extra funds to pcb for additional venues. In typical way, Pcb tried to conduct all at one place and use the left over amount for their miscellaneous expenses.

Manipulation of formats, schedules, venues to accommodate India or Pakistan or any other team should stop now. The processes and protocols around tournaments should be applicable fairly and evenly to all participants.

True I think most would take Aljazeera over Indian Journalism, but again who is the one to blame for all this mess, even if PCB demanded it as per the article, they probably had there hands tied, there was someone else who probably made this demand and put PCB on the front page. PCB Is no angel them taking the additional money, I can believe that, and they probably have done that on numerous occasions.

This whole mess started with India putting politics into the game of Cricket.

Hopefully in the future things can get better and we do not have these types of mess (highly doubt it) but one can be hopefully
