Still I can remember copying his action while bowling during my childhood days. That was when Sami was a top pacer for Pakistan and I was greatly fascinated by his bowling action..

That has played a part in him regressing further each year. Mostly it been his his own fault but the PCB did its part too.

He was scoring runs and scoring them at a great rate when he started. They demoted him to six so that Misbah, YK, Shafiq and the likes can bat ahead of him. Still baffles me to this day.

Basically if you can score at a good rate you are only good for no.6/7.
