I am making this thread to list all the supplications from Quran and Sunnah. I hope this thread will not be merged with my other Islamic thread as this thread is more specific to du'a.
If you are anti-Islam, please don't derail this thread.

رَبَّنَا وَاجْعَلْنَا مُسْلِمَيْنِ لَكَ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِنَا أُمَّةً مُّسْلِمَةً لَّكَ وَأَرِنَا مَنَاسِكَنَا وَتُبْ عَلَيْنَآ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ
Rabbana wa-j'alna Muslimayni laka wa min Dhurriyatina 'Ummatan Muslimatan laka wa 'Arina Manasikana wa tub 'alayna 'innaka 'antat-Tawwabu-Raheem
Our Lord! Make of us Muslims, bowing to Thy (Will), and of our progeny a people Muslim, bowing to Thy (will); and show us our place for the celebration of (due) rites; and turn unto us (in Mercy); for Thou art the Oft-Returning, Most Merciful. (Surah Al-Baqarah - 2:128)
رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ السَّمِيعُ العَلِيمُ
Rabbana taqabbal minna innaka antas Sameeaul Aleem
Our Lord! Accept (this service) from us: For Thou art the All-Hearing, the All-knowing. (Surah Al-Baqarah - 2:127)
رَبَّنَآ اٰتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَّفِي الْاٰخِرَةِ حَسَـنَةً وَّقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Rabbanaaa Aatinaa Fiddunyaa H’asanata Wa Fil Aakhirati H’asanata Wa Qinaa A’d’aaban Naar
Our Lord! Give us in this world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good, and save us from the torment of the Fire! (Surah Al-Baqarah - 2:201)
رَبَّنَا لَا تُزِغْ قُلُوْبَنَا بَعْدَ اِذْ ھَدَيْتَنَا وَھَبْ لَنَا مِنْ لَّدُنْكَ رَحْمَةً ۚ اِنَّكَ اَنْتَ الْوَھَّابُ
Rabbanaa Laa Tuzigh Quloobanaa Ba’-Da Id’hadaytanaa Wa Hab Lanaa Mil Ladunka Rah’mah Innaka Antal Wahaab
Our Lord! Let not our hearts deviate (from the truth) after You have guided us, and grant us mercy from You. Truly, You are the Bestower. (Surah Al-Imran - 3:8)
رَبَّنَآ اِنَّنَآ اٰمَنَّا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوْبَنَا وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Rabbana innana amanna faghfir lana dhunuubana wa qinna 'adhaban-Naar
Our Lord! We have indeed believed, so forgive us our sins and save us from the punishment of the Fire. (Surah Al-Imran - 3:16)
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْجَنَّةَ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ النَّارِ
Allaahumma 'innee 'as'alukal-jannata wa 'a'oothu bika minan-naar
O Allah , I ask You for Paradise and seek Your protection from the Fire. (Abu Dawud: 792)
سُبْحَانَ اللهِ ، والْحَمْدُ للهِ ، وَاللهُ أَكْبَرُ
Subhaanallaahi, Walhamdu lillaahi, Wallaahu 'Akbar
Glory is to Allah, praise is to Allah, Allah is the Most Great! (Muslim 4:2091)
لاَ إِلَهَ إِلَّا أنْـت سُـبْحانَكَ إِنِّي كُنْـتُ مِنَ الظّـالِميـن
Laa 'ilaaha 'illaa 'Anta subhaanaka 'innee kuntu minadh-dhaalimeen
There is none worthy of worship but You, glory is to You. Surely, I was among the wrongdoers. (Surah Al-Anbiya - 21:87)
أَنْتَ وَلِيُّنَا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا ۖ وَأَنْتَ خَيْرُ الْغَافِرِينَ وَاكْتُبْ لَنَا فِي هَٰذِهِ الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ إِنَّا هُدْنَا إِلَيْكَ
Anta waliyyuna faghfirlana warhamna waanta khayru alghafireen. Waktub lana fee hathihi ddunya hasanatan wafee al-akhiratiinna hudna ilayk
(O my Lord) You are our Protector, so forgive us and have mercy upon us; and You are the best of forgivers. And ordain for us good in this world, and in the Hereafter. Certainly we have turned unto You. (Surah Al-A'raf - 7:155-156)
رَّبِّ اغْفِرْ وَارْحَمْ وَاَنْتَ خَيْرُ الرّٰحِمِيْنَ
Rabbighfir Warh’am Wa Anta Khayrur Raah’imeen
My Lord! Forgive and have mercy, for You are the Best of those who show mercy! (Surah Al-Mu'minoon - 23:118)
رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ
Rabbana zalamna anfusina wa il lam taghfir lana wa tarhamna lana kunan minal-khasireen
Our Lord! We have wronged our own souls: If thou forgive us not and bestow not upon us Thy Mercy, we shall certainly be lost. (Surah Al-A'raf - 7:23)
رَبَّنَآ اٰمَنَّا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا وَاَنْتَ خَيْرُ الرّٰحِمِيْنَ
Rabbanaa Aamannaa Faghfir Lanaa Warh’amnaa Wa Anta Khayrur Raah’imeen
Our Lord! We believe, so forgive us, and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of all who show mercy! (Surah Al-Mu'minoon - 23:109)
اللّهُـمَّ إِنّـي أَعـوذُبِكَ أَنْ أُشْـرِكَ بِكَ وَأَنا أَعْـلَمْ، وَأَسْتَـغْفِرُكَ لِما لا أَعْـلَم
Allaahumma 'innee 'a'oothu bika 'an 'ushrika bika wa 'anaa 'a'lamu, wa 'astaghfiruka limaa laa 'a'lamu
O Allah, I seek refuge in You lest I associate anything with You knowingly, and I seek Your forgiveness for what I know not. (Ahmad 4:403)
اللَّهُمَّ إنِّي أعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَ الْحَزَنِ وَ الْعَجْزِ وَ الْكَسَلِ وَ الْبُخْلِ وَ الْجُبْنِ وَ ضَلَعِ الدِّيْنِ وَ غَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ
Allahumma inni a'udhubika minal hammi wal hazan, wal 'ajzi wal kasal, wal bukhli wal jubn, wa dhala'id-dayni wa ghalabatir rijaal
O Allah! I seek refuge in You from grief and sadness, from weakness and from laziness, from miserliness and from cowardice, from being overcome by debt and from being overpowered by men (other people). (Al-Bukhari 7:158)
رَبَّنَا أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْرًا وَتَوَفَّنَا مُسْلِمِينَ
Rabbana afrigh 'alayna sabraw wa tawaffana Muslimeen
Our Lord! pour out on us patience, and cause us to die as Muslims. (Surah Al-A'raf - 7:126)
وَقُلْ رَّبِّ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ هَمَزٰتِ الشَّيٰطِيْنِ. وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ رَبِّ اَنْ يَّحْضُرُوْنِ.
Rabbi ‘a`outhubika min hamazaatish-shayaateeni, wa ‘a`outhu bika rabbi ‘ay-yahdhuroon
My Lord! I seek refuge with You from the whisperings (suggestions) of the Shayatin (devils). And I seek refuge with You, My Lord! lest they may attend (or come near) me. (Surah Al-Mu'minoon - 23:97-98)
أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
A'oothu bikalimaatil-laahit-taammaati min sharri maa khalaqa
I seek refuge in the Perfect Words of Allah from the evil of what He has created. (Abu Dawud: 3899)
حَسْبِيَ اللّٰهُ لا إِلَـهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ
H’asbiyallaah Laaa Ilaaha Illaa – Huw A’layhi Tawakkaltu Wa Huwa Rabbul A’rshil A’z’eem
Allah is sufficient for me. Laa ilaaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), in Him I put my trust and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne. (Surah At-Tawbah - 9:129)
اللّهُـمَّ رَحْمَتَـكَ أَرْجـوفَلا تَكِلـني إِلى نَفْـسي طَـرْفَةَ عَـيْن، وَأَصْلِـحْ لي شَأْنـي كُلَّـه لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أنْـت
Allaahumma rahmataka 'arjoo falaa takilnee 'ilaa nafsee tarfata 'aynin, wa 'aslih lee sha'nee kullahu, laa'ilaaha 'illaa 'Anta
O Allah, I hope for Your mercy. Do not leave me to myself even for the blinking of an eye (i.e. a moment). Correct all of my affairs for me. There is none worthy of worship but You. (Abu Dawud: 5090)
لا إلَهَ إلاَّ اللَّهُ الْعَظـيمُ الْحَلِـيمْ، لا إلَهَ إلاَّ اللَّهُ رَبُّ العَـرْشِ العَظِيـمِ، لا إلَهَ إلاَّ اللَّهُ رَبُّ السَّمَـوّاتِ ورّبُّ الأَرْضِ ورَبُّ العَرْشِ الكَـريم
Laa 'ilaaha 'illallaahul-'Adheemul-Haleem, laa 'ilaaha 'illallaahu Rabbul-'Arshil-'Adheem, laa 'ilaaha 'illallaahu Rabbus-samaawaati wa Rabbul-'ardhi wa Rabbul-'Arshil-Kareem
There is none worthy of worship but Allah the Mighty, the Forbearing. There is none worthy of worship but Allah, Lord of the Magnificent Throne. There is none worthy of worship but Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, and Lord of the Noble Throne. (Al-Bukhari: 6346)
