husnain and musa are trash as of now. Should have picked rauf instead.

I agree with shaheen and naseem though.

bhuvi, umesh and yadav are all better than husnain, naseem comfortably. bhuvi us also better than naseem and shaheen in test cricket. umesh too for now. ishant as well honestly.

in odi and t20 yes shaheen is better. naseem hasn't even played odi or t20 has he?

Shaheen is the only bowler I have seen and I like him. I have a little bias towards left arm pacers but I really feel he can be the most successful Pakistan bowler after the two W's. Let's see what is in the store in future.

As for India, Saini looks a solid prospect with Shami and Bumrah still there for 5 and 10 years respectively.

New Zealand toying with him has been funny though. Isn't he wicketless in the entire series as well? Bumrah has been found out by New Zealand. Also, the way Kane Williamson destroyed him in the T20 had a scarring impact on Bumrah.

Bumrah stats are inflated as in tests he is yet to bowl against proper batting lineups Australia and windies had club level batting

he dominated England and south africa when they had devilliers as well. he destroyed australia. Even recently in odi series Aussies struggled vs him after the 1st odi.

He is just back from injury lol. You shall see how good he is. I am 100% sure if bumrah at his best, he would clean up any lineup in test cricket and odi.

Deviliers had lost his prime at that test series besides his performabce was good against england but not an atg performance

No problem with his speed. Rhythm is missing. Bowling pattern was also predictable. The execution of his favorite deliveries was missing. I will be curious to see what happens when he bowls his away going ball to the right hander. He doesn't bowl that in ODIs. He used effectively against West Indies where the ball decked back to lefties and left the righties. We have to find out he still has that in NZ.

maybe so but I have no doubt that bumrah at his best is easily the best bowler in the world in all formats. Only question is how long will he take to rediscover his form. I am pretty confident he will showcase his skills vs n.z in tests. Odi was just a warm-up.

it will be a challenge to bowl on flat new zealand pitches. he will no doubt be the best in tests if he is successful in the test series

jofra archer was taken apart in new zealnd, he like bumrah, had an injury. bumrah should have been rested this odi series, maybe even in the t20 series as well. he is still not at his best after the injury

Our ICC failures are mostly due to weak middle-order than bowling. And Mitchell Starc is tall left arm 140+ bowler and still went for plenty even at the hands of grandpa Dhoni. So that doesn’t always guarantee wickets on current LOI roads.

Their pace bowling bench doesn't look so special. Our hasnain's and Naseem Shah's are streets ahead just like their batting talent is streets ahead of us
 
How come this guys.....get a game simply bcoz he is leftie .....and have an left arm bowlers angle to play with.......or exploit with......... Saheen is sky above him.......light years ahead of him
 
Generally they tend to be slower specialist bowler ......Bhuvi is the pioneer though.......

I have never seen any Pakistani fan calling Abbas a phaast bowler. He mostly plays in tests and has only played 3 ODIs. He even with this speed has a bowling average of 21 something overall and 17 in UAE. Just goes to show some of you guys don't do your research properly before getting into arguments. :inti

This is a very bad comparison. Shaheen has unbelievable potential and is destined to do better in all formats. His development is excellent for his standards and he can be Pakistan's best bowler since Waqar Younis.

However, I doubt any of his other teammates have in them to reach even a basic modern era standard of 200 test wickets or close to that in international cricket.

You are underrating Naseem. He has a lot of upside.
He is behind Shaheen by 2 years (yes, he is younger than him as well, so justifiably so)
You will see him shine pretty soon, God willing.
 
I would appeal to my fellow Pakistani fans over here to not display such arrogance.
Such attitude doesnt auger well for anyone.

we are fine for another 5 years. when shami retires it will be a problem but I am sure other guys will step up. India is a top class team. Prasidh is very underrated in tests and he can be effective in odi's. He has pace and a good bouncer.

Only Porel is promising......tbh......situation is that Bumrah Sami has to bear the lionshare of the workload..... Just a matter of time either of them will break down......Ishant is lucky he is playing only tests

prasidh saini and porel are capable backups for our main bowlers.

Anyone can ball a bouncer in t20s its if you can consistanly ball it in tests naseem bowled it quite alot against warner and he couldn't play it .

If are capable why ain't they in the squad

So a 27 year old Saini is your back up......say u may need him after 3 years .....he will b ready 30 by then.......Ishant is 33.....I guess.......Chahar 28....... Only hope Porel.......though haven't seen him in IPL.....
Oh common plz don't drag Naseem here...... Otherwise blue moon will be more visible now onwards...........

30 is the prime age rofl. Up for 34 is fine. bowlers are getting fitter and stronger than ever late in their career.

ishant? ishan porel is like 23.

prasidh is 23. He is a fine bowler. india is in fine hands. More players will come through.

australia needs to worry though. their backups suck.

Pakistan's players are developing so it's hard to say. They are too young at this stage. Pakistan has a good foundation but remember players can also peak early and fall from grace. just saying.

why we even talking about t20? t20 is where any fodder can excel in a one off game.

tests and odi is where you need real quality bowlers.

So which fodder has excelled so far. In T20..........Avesh Mavi NATRAJAN Nagarjuna WARRIER P krishna Khaleel......who ......foreign bowlers are running the pace attack of IPL franchises........

ROFL Lol.....bowlers develop after 20 till 24 ....their shoulder muscle develops.....their limbs become stronger naturally their pace also increase.......bowler in and after 30 are more prone to injuries and playing selective games ..........only smooth action like McGrath Bhuvi will provide longevity.....


Ishant is 33 yrs.....3 years after world cup he will be 36

While typing Rajpoot and Undakat are becoming new canon fodder........enjoy till it lasts.....


As I said earlier ur hope and only hope is Porel who is even not given a game.....so u know the confidence of management on him

bowlers are in their prime till 34. They peak around 29-34. It's normal. post 34 is when Injuries happen.

in t20? I don't care tbh unless it's the world cup.

saini, porel and krishna are fine as backups for our main bowlers.

Its Amazing how concerned you are about the Indian cricket team despite your limited sentence forming abilities. Pakistan has amazing reserves of talent yet are ranked below India in all formats, so just maybe you should worry about why such amazing talents are not performing.

dude fast bowlers who aren't express play well past their 30s. look at Anderson and broad.

yes I do agree they need to prioritize formats. india will do that.
our local bowlers don't get picked to play for tests and odi from lpl lol. They get picked from first class rabbi trophy format.

in t20s I don't know but our batting looks real strong.

So from where Chahar Saini Bumrah Hardik got chance to play for India...more so Ashwin Jadeja.....bro the list is endless...

Batting indeed is strong i suggest playing 9 batsmen and 2 bowlers...... Bumrah and Sami........bcoz playing bowlers and not playing bowlers is same

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) bounced back to winning ways in IPL 2020 on Tuesday with an all-important 20-run win over Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at the Dubai International Stadium in Dubai. The game saw quite a few controversies emerge as MS Dhoni was targeted on social media after his furious reaction led to the on-field umpire withdrawing a wide ball call while questions were also raised about Rashid Khan's dual dismissal on the same delivery.

SRH pacer Khaleel Ahmed was also slammed by many on social media for 'disrespecting' CSK all-rounder Dwayne Bravo after dismissing him in the game. Khaleel had cleaned up Bravo on a duck on the very first ball he faced in the 20th over of CSK's innings. Khaleel had a sheepish grin on his face after dismissing Bravo and was also seen covering his face with his hand trying to hide his laugh.

He was slammed by fans on social media for 'laughing at Bravo' and showing disrespect towards the senior all-rounder. Khaleel took to Twitter on Thursday to issue a clarification and said he was not laughing at Bravo and considers him a big brother. "I wasn't laughing on Dj Bravo, there was some other reason, he is true legend, he is big brother to me," Khaleel wrote in a tweet.
 
Khaleel might be more suited for white ball cricket on these pitches.
 
I am happy for Khaleel. He has made himself a decent T20 bowler and might get chances in future even for India for few small tours
