Yep, Malik is a great captain to have for young players. He's done a fantastic job with their development.

Watch the same Noman lose all sense when he comes to the national team. He is still very raw, just two FC matches old.

The difference here is Malik. He has clearly told Noman, what he wants from him and how he must go about it. He will be blasting the cover of the ball under Afridi and forget about the right delivery to pick, singles, strike rotation and all such things.
