I don't want Grampas XI to win the tournament this time around, so one thing has to come off differently in this tournament. Thus far, we are following a similar course as last year's psl, with Quetta taking the point table lead; so If karachi wins and LQ gets knocked out, then coming events are casting their shadows about IU beating quetta in the finals
So it all stands on this game today between KK and LQ now. Whether LQ can shake things up and breathe new life into PSL 2017, or go downhill and let history repeat itself..

I thought PSL had a great base of international base to choose from. And from that base how can you pick Elliot and Delport, put them in the same team and expect them to perform against established cricketers.

Elliot is so poor against spin he would struggle to get into FC sides in Bangladesh.

2. Reinvention of Yasir as a LOI bowler

3. Emergence of Fakhar Zaman and Yamin

A few games, which were there for the taking, but ended up losing them.

Except for Narine, Roy and potentially Baz (maybe become a mentor and play if needed), all the other foreigners need to be offloaded.

Retain Akmal, Rizwan, Zaman, Yasir, Bhatti and Gohar from the local pool.

Irfan, Mudasser and Yamin need to improve, otherwise they would be causing a few headaches and retaining them would be difficult.
