It's a topic for different thread, but there are no center or leftist parties having any major presence in Pakistan,it's already been discussed in different threads how.all.Pakistani parties would be Right wing in most.major democracies.

Pakistan is an Islamic country where religion plays a role in the constitution, if they were trying to pass themselves off as secular then you might have a point.

If we are going to compare like for like, then if India is now officially a Hindutva country, we can draw a fair comparison. Is that your opinion?

But Shiv Sena is calling for a change in the constitution of Indian laws and this directly affects the govt, especially as the BJP has shared ideals with the party, and members of the BJP have also voiced similar sentiments.

I don't know if you have comprehension issues, but what I said is that Shiv Sena are demanding changes to the constitution and there are sympathetic ears in the BJP as some of their own members have expressed similar sentiments about Muslim population control...your hero Yogi for one, I provided a quote earlier in the thread if you require written and verified proof.

Again what law, resolutions aren't laws especially this one, just because Pakistanis thinks something doesn't make it true? The resolution provides no remedy for either side not following through on the contents no financial punishments or any military help is guarenteed. That resolution has as much power as the mythical MOU of PCB's dis, Unless both nations comply with the resolution there is nada that UN or anyone else can do. So please stop spreading fake news.

International law which you dont understand so I will explain in simple terms. When the UN stipulated Kashmir is disputed territory and called for a vote for self determination, this is known as International law. Of course it can't be enforced but as I already told you no UN law can be unles armies are sent.

For starters shivsena haven't done anything it is a newspaper run by shivsena that has put a editorial asking for something. You do comprehend that an official political demand and something in a newspaper are 2 different things?

I don't mind discussing Kashmir eith Pakistanis they are stuck on it and will turn every discussing to Kashmir in the end, the problem is most don't know what they are talking about other than using words like self determination, plebiscite, UN Resolution, evil Indian army, it's just a bunch of balcony.
