Next few months are gonna be almost unwatchable man
top 5 of shehzad, Azhar, Babar (saving grace), Asad, Sarfraz. How am I gonna watch this batting lineup? If I were Mickey I'd resign right now. 4 of those guys don't belong in a modern batting lineup and inzi will select them with no alternatives so they will be batting in our top 5. Sarfraz is fine as long as he doesn't bat below 5 though. We have no better options but Shafiq and shehzad are awful. Shafiq is the worst LOI player in history

It's going to be extremely painful indeed.
However, if Mickey can walk the talk, he should come out and pick/block the guys he wants. I'm sure Inzi has given a very much free hand to coach and captain.
Inzi doesn't know who to select. It's up to coach and captain to take the team in the right direction.
There's another roadblock in Sarfraz though. He'll never stop campaigning for Anwar, Asad and Shehzad.

dunno about that - Younis has an average of 53, compared to Hafeez's average of 39 and 32
Younis did more than just the 'one odd' good inning
